It was a very nice experience

Door needs repair to be more secure. Humidity in the room was really bad. Staff was exceptionally professional and nice!

Nothing at all Everything. The front desk clerk was rude and didn’t have any logical reasons why their hotel was full and my rooms were given away. Was even told reservations don’t mean anything

The staff was nice I originally booked 5 days but only stayed one night. I was charged for my original booking and an additional days stay. I was told I would be refunded my money, however, I was overcharged.

horrible experience wouldn't recommend it over priced housekeeper doesn't exist and if you want need anything it an extra change just to get new towels and sheet ever other day they changed an extra fee

Wow the key was not working several times. I had to Keep going back to get the card reprogrammed several times we were very inconvenienced. I asked for a refund this was totally unacceptable. The property manager and Expedia representative was going back on forth about which one was going to refund me. I was told by a Expedia representative I would receive a refund within 5-7 business day’s. So I’m waiting I think Expedia should look into who they partnership with before allowing people to stay there based upon the reviews. Yes people may be economically having some issues they still deserve a well maintained place.

The other hotel that I was forced to get. Paid to secure room no room secured.

The room with kitchen amenities was very clean, beds and pillows very comfortable.

Extended Stay - don't think "Consultant on a temporary assignment." Think "Marginally unhoused." Fine for what it is, but not upscale.

Close to where I had to go Quiet no wild parties or smell of drugs

The location was great for where I had to go and what was being done for the weekend stores and restaurants close by and entertainment room size and the kitchenette was great

Shower wasn’t hot and the tv didn’t work

There was NOTHING to like about this hotel. There were roaches, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom causing a hole. The carpet was filthy. The A/C units filter needs to be changed. Due to the mold I had a headache all night long and didn’t sleep. The hallways were filthy with dirt, spiderwebs, cigarette butts, and trash. The elevator was dirty abandoned smelled of urine. Or maybe that was the hallway? Who knows. This place needs to be blown up and redone. It is awful. And don’t get me started about the sketchy people hanging around outside. Never felt safe. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never again?!! See previous question

The one thing that stood out to me is the warm welcome and professional staff at this location. U almost felt like royalty. They really care. Great place I will be back. Not a one thing.

Terrible

They eventually switched my room on the second night I believe. I didn't like how nonchalant the first lady was. Knowing that room door was a issue! Room 230 was great!

It was okay but I had to clean my own room and especially the floors I had to sweep from the bathroom to the front door and I mean a lot of old food was in the floor

Unkept, no courtesy and unorganized. I'll will not refer anyone that place
