ROOM IS CLEAN. Spiders above outside walkways and stairs.

Like u don't have house keepers that come and check on your customers and u have too wash your own towels and will not give u no more towels and then the rate don't stay the same. No room service and didn't have any after my second week their never got any service not even a vacuum my floor

It to expensive for it not to have a laundry facility on the property,it needs repairs some of the steps are broke,needs to be painted on the outside

The treatment and customer service is deplorable. They didn't even let me arrive because the same day they canceled my reservation! When I spoke on the phone to check the time of my arrival, an extremely rude woman answered (I don't know if she had a bad day but that's no excuse) she behaved very badly, repeating that they no longer had reservations when I had my confirmation in email and all. When I spoke to a buking customer service person he confirmed exactly the same thing.

Everything cleanliness staff was pleasant and on-time Whether area and rooms was safe and secure

No house keeper to clean ur room no staff,

Some really great workers all but one. Rooms just perfect for us... One worker very rude ,he didn't like kids and talked about your business to others.

No breakfast was offered. Office was closed Saturday until 4pm, so I had to put my plans on hold to wait and renew my stay, because the online system stated I had a past due balance, which I didn’t. Room key became inactive but couldn’t communicate to staff ( because office was closed) that I was extending my stay. Ac unit was very noisey. Air vent in bathroom needed cleaned and was very noisey.

The room smelled like someone was smoking, the fan vent in the bathroom was disgustingly dirty, the stove top didn't work, the oven hood was nasty looking, I didn't want to put anything in the kitchen cabinets because of how it looked.

Staff was very friendly. Location was old and worn out. No elevator was difficult as I have bad knees. I was told that the location was due for extensive renovation. This is an extended stay hotel with long term guests. I was unable to move to a ground floor unit in the time I was there.
