The staff

It was very bad experience ! STAFF was horrific !!! I paid for 2 weeks and I had to leave after a week of putting up with terrible staff and no toilet paper, no towels for 2 days after NONE in room at check-in. Smoky halls and smells of pot. Sad place too ever stay. Worst place in this world ! I deserve my money fully refunded and I let management and corporate know about everything. Doubtful I would get one cent back.

This place is not what the pictures look like they have roaches and crackheads all around the place the staff is ghetto and it’s fraud not worth a penny. I was so pissed when I arrived to this hole in the wall place the rooms was nasty walls nasty kitchen had no appliances no cups no nothing and the microwave wasn't clean food all inside damn near burnt off need to be thrown away and the rooms smelled bad like sour ass they don’t do refunds so don’t waste your time extremely pissed tf off NEVER TF AGAIN! Stealing hotel pictures claiming the rooms look like that and it don’t a hot ass mess!

Cockroaches and other bugs infested in the entire hotel front desk couldn't care less about it and front desk was only staffed half the week. Entire property and most other guests reaked of weed. Horrible stay i would never recommend this place to anyone

There was no one there to check in. Had to go stay somewhere else. Total lack of communication.

I can't shower in the room without flooding my floor and several other things

It was way better than I expected. It was a very comfortable stay.

Holes in the wall, worn cabinets, rusted microwave, the fridge wasn't cleaned, a crack in the bathroom sink, the door was off the frame making it hard to shut properly.

When we stayed we bath in hot water for a week no telephone for a week also couldn't connect to the wifi for 4 days and there is no kind of service until the week you checking out for that kind of money I paid nothing was in place. Also the carpet in the room was wet for todays. No front desk personal until 11am to 7pm so there's Noone to assist you theyvneed to improve on alot of stuff.

It was really hard to get in touch with anyone as far as customer service goes, and when you did they werent the friendliest. Also my bathroom could have been cleaned better before i checked in.. The place wasn't completely terrible, but I wouldn't go back.

Each time I have tried to reserve a room, I end up having to reserve a room on the day of arrival. Both times of not getting a room, there was a family standing with the person telling me there was no room.
