Very nice property no issues

The staff is friendly and the parking is free. When we return to Newport News we will surely book here again.

Nice new clean room. Breakfast selection.

Breakfast was a joke! Cereal and make your own waffles. Walked by the pool and there was debris floating on top. It could be a great place but needs TLC.

There is nothing really besides the bed being comfortable. Not too clean. The towels had stains on them, called downstairs, and were told to come get just another set. Went downstairs, and they gave me one towel. The pool was dirty, so we didn't get in. It's loud, and all you hear is doors slamming. The shower water was ridiculous. When u first walk in, it's hot as hell with a bad smell. The breakfast was even worse. They only had waffles to make and juice and coffee. For 600$ I was pissed.

Solid stay, clean linens, some small stains on the couch pillows but nothing terrible. Floors were a bit damp but obviously cleaned continously from the pool traffic. Breakfast was basic - fruit/waffle/yogurt/juice/coffee/team but fresh. Would rate 7.5/10 and would stay here again. Easy parking and no fuss check in and check out

To start off the pool was dirty but was better the next day, shower curtain was full of mildew, didn’t eat breakfast, parking was good and staff wasn’t friendly

NOTHING EVERYTHING, everything in our room was SO DIRTY!!! piss on the toilet , dirty washcloth on the shower , just a freaking mess & they didn’t want to do anything to fix it or accommodate me but i will work my hardest to get this place shut down , none of them care about any of the guest this is the worst hotel EVER & all these REVIEWS & they still haven’t FIXED NOTHING DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

I dont like the way the front desk talks to black people checking in.

Last min check in and the front desk clerk made my check in so smooth.. and he was very kind!!
