Good stay for the few days I was there. Breakfast was limited and needed protein choices like cheese, sausage, or eggs.

I felt safe. I front desk awesome, I don't even know where he sleeps I feel like it was hot breakfast should be, more than yogurt was popular people couldn't find along with the milk for cereal. That all but coffee and juice offered. The rooms drains broken holes in the blanket

The staff were rude and not helpful at all. The rooms were filthy. The bathrooms were in need of upgrades. There were stains on the sheets and tubs. Cracks and poor patch jobs on the door and walls.

I came here with my family and was unfortunately embarrassed and it was to late to leave and go somewhere else. I was embarrassed because of how awful this property was and it made me look like I paid 30 dollars a night for the room when realistically it was much more expensive than that. The blanket had a big blood stain on it when we first walked into the room. I immediately pulled the comforter off and went to the staff at the front desk and showed him the stain and asked for another blanket. He told me to follow him and went to a wash machine and dryer room where he proceeded to give me a new blanket so I took it back to the room and soon as I spread it on to the bed I then see about three more stains on the blanket one was a big yellow stain which let's be honest I'm sure it was pee. The whole hotel and inside the room smells like I was going to get cancer from the cigarette smoke since, it was God awful. A sign at the front desk said they were smoke-free but I'm not sure they ever fumigated the building to get rid of the past 100 years of cigarette smoke. There was mold in the shower all along the bathtub and there was dirt what look like paw prints on the pull-out bed on the couch. There was also a rusty screw hanging out of the shower trim. Like I said if I would have had more time in the day we would have definitely left this hotel and went and found another one unfortunately we arrived at like 3:00 a.m. so we had to stay. Unfortunately this was the worst hotel ever.

The room was clean and the staff helpful.

I booked the room through Expedia. Upon arriving, the gentleman at the desk wearing a white cotton T-shirt, greeted me and tried to check me in, ending up having to call his boss twice to do so. Come to find out it was his second day on the job, and he was left alone, which to me says poor management. There was a sign on the desk that said that it was a smoke-free hotel, yet I could smell marijuana, and it was coming from inside the hotel, not outside. I was then told that because I had booked the Expedia, there would be a six dollar surcharge, and an additional $50 security deposit, which would be refunded. So far I have not received that refund. The fitted sheet on the bed had a hole in it from where, because evidently it’s old. The room seemed clean. The air conditioner sounded like a jet was taking off in the room. It was that loud. It woke me up every single time it came on. The breakfast was underwhelming. Some cereal and some waffles, and that’s about it. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances. There’s too many other choices that are better

Easy check in, friendly staff, very clean and modern facilities. Clean and comfy beds - even the comforters were clean. Nothing to dislike.

it was dried poop and urine in my covers , i asked for more he said there was not any extra so we would have to wait for him to wash them. the AC was leaking so badly we woke up to a huge puddle of water on the floor. the pool was so disgusting it had a dirt film on top of it with dead spiders in it so yea

Front desk employee is always really nice!

Overall it was great! No complaints at all.

I didn't like that there was a dead cockroach in the middle of the room on the first night. One of the big towels were stained. The floor and bathtub were slippery, and the bathtub doesn't drain very well. Had a pool of water when I got out after a shower.

The location was great. The pool was fantastic. My only issues were the cleaning. The head board was filthy and the tub was dirty with hair in bit and the bathroom floor was dirty. The smell when you walked in into the lobby was bad. The breakfast shouldn't have beenwas called breakfast.
