The atmosphere was relaxing, and it was wonderful being so close to the water. Overall we had a very enjoyable experience. I would gladly stay here again.

Great view of the ocean. Amazing location!

This was our 1st stay at this hotel in Newport. The sign in area and restaurant area are beautiful. The room was clean, but if you have short likes, like I do, ask to have the bed lowered. (I didn't know they could do that until we checked out.) They could use some more comfortable chairs to sit in, if you plan to spend any time in your room. Loved the bathroom mirror. The spa-hot tub area is new and well presented and the hot tub was heavenly.

We loved the outdoor terrace overlooking the ocean. Absolutely gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The room was very clean and has a good shower. I didn't like the motel-like outdoor entrances to the rooms but otherwise I think it's a really lovely hotel.

Quiet. Comfortable bed. View. Close to Nye Beach. Cost was a little high.

Property is beautiful and close to everything everytime we put something in the gps it felt like it always said 3 minutes away. The food in the hotel was amazing one of the best steaks I have ever had and the steak sauce absolutely amazing. The only issue we had the entire stay was we found a pair of used ear plugs on the floor by the night stand but accidents happen they probably just didn’t notice it when cleaning not a big deal. Parking was a little tight but overall a beautiful beautiful place will be staying there anytime we are in town.

I like that it was renovated, clean, & comfortable, loved the restaurant & bar and sea views You couldn’t really enjoy sitting out on the balcony because of the constant noise from cars below passing by the street . 2 mornings we woke up to a homeless bus parked right under our balcony . So if your looking for complete ocean front this isn’t it

The location was great and central to everything we wanted to see. Blankets and pillows were great, the tv and streaming capabilities were a great perk. The room was clean

Exceptional

Great location good staff. Room smelled like pee and very small room, restaurant served me old crab in the rolls. They obviously made it right. But one server chuckled at me when I returned it not sure what that was about. Amazing sauna experience.

Close to beach

We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room was clean and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Our only issue was the restaurant. Food was mediocre and over-priced for what you get. The staff were not as friendly, everyone working there seemed to very much dislike their job. Other than that this place was excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was great. It was very clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean from our room was great. The staff member at check in was very friendly and informative. She gave us a list recommended restaurants and places to go. We definitely would recommend this place.

The hotel is very nice. Beautiful rooms with a lovely view. The small kitchenette was an added bonus with a standard size refrigerator. Staff were friendly and helpful. Compensated for issue. Dangerous gas from fireplace. Not a pilot light issue. Maintenance people not capable of handling real issues light faulty gas fireplace. Not sure staff realized severity of issue.

I had one of the "cheaper" rooms, but it was well-appointed with a beautiful view of the beach.
