Otherwise great stay at Newport.

We had one of the newer rooms with a great view of the beach. Access to the beach was super convenient and easy. We loved the wash stations to rinse off the dogs before entering the hotel. I am so glad that nice hotels like these are dog friendly. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Would stay again in a heartbrat

Staff were very accommodating, however it’s a bit misleading to book at this hotel and end up in the old un renovated part with no AC.

Restaurant is good but very expensive. No alternative milk source. Staff was friendly

This is a wonderful boutique hotel! Exceptional dining, staff excellent our king suite was superb!! Loved the extra large spa ! 5 star experience!!

Clean room, great location with ocean view

Love the restaurant/lounge area and rooms, also the hot tub and sauna! Very thoughtful decor and nice touches. The food was amazing, especially the desserts…we tried them all! The staff was fantastic! And the views of the ocean…so peaceful! Hot tub area floor was dirty with hair and sand 2 days in a row…not sure it was ever cleaned. There were no towels one time. Some of the railings are rotting out on the 3rd floor.

We enjoyed the ocean view with the balcony. It helped to have a table and chairs inside next to the balcony when it was cold and windy or too sunny. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotels in Europe in this price range provide a generous buffet breakfast. Having to pay extra for a bland breakfast sandwich on a plate with nothing else is not acceptable.

Fantastic view, nicely remodeled, I like that they allow dogs, the restaurant, bar, etc. and facilities are very nice. All the employees were very helpful and kind also.

Super rude staff who wanted to lecture me about my toddlers acting like toddlers. If you’re retirement age, you may enjoy this spot. If you have a family, would recommend finding different accommodations. The thermostat/cooling also wasn’t operational, so it was super hot and uncomfortable in our room for the duration of the stay.

We had requested to clean the room, only thing they did was change the towels. They did NOT make the bed, it was very disappointing. We didn't want to change the bedsheets, just make the bed.

View from balcony, hot tube/pool Restaurant was extremely busy, doors between rooms didn't stop any noise, it almost appeared to amplify the sounds of neighbors voices, also allowimg heavy draft.

Beautiful room and the view was amazing! We visited the pool and hot tub as well - very lovely building. Breakfast was ok, minimal options - nothing special.
