Seagrass Oceanfront Inn

The hotel has severely gone down hill. Extremely hot and zero air conditioning. You could see the outside thru the top and bottom of the warped door. No pool or hot tub, they are possibly redoing it. The room never got cleaned. No breakfast. I will say the bed and pillows were comfortable at least. But overall, the hotel has gone down hill very badly. We have stayed at pretty much all the hotels along this strip of the ocean, and this was by far the most run down and dilapidated hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

Close to the beach The room was dirty and outdated. The furniture was put in odd places over crowded. It was originally a king room they put 2 beds in there but the lights were still on the wall where a king would be so you had to be careful getting out of bed. The other bed was shoved up against the wall with the windows and it was dirty.

Just the place it was situated right on the ocean easy to get in and out. I didn’t see anything I didn’t care for about the property.

Room was clean, outside was old, dirty and not well kept.

Do not recommend, run down could change as they change owners.

Loved the location! Beautiful view It smelt like cat piss in the room, and under the beds we seen rodent poop, and even in the mattress protector. There were dry wall patches unpainted. Very used furniture. Paint peeling off doors and spider webs by microwave. And in mid June the pool was under construction. Wtf.

The view Run down no amenities

Property is supposedly being renovated. My room hadn't been updated. Old flooring, chipped tub, prior owner branded items, TV didn't work. No exterior lighting by room. The only positive was beach view. But, that was not enough to offset the overpriced experience. Will not stay there again.

It had Ocean front. It was a bit old, they are planning to complete remodel inside and out per New Owners

Staff very friendly and helpful. So many (89) steps to get to the beach for an 'Oceanfront' motel.

Accesible Needs maintenance

Staff was very helpful when I had to switch rooms after shower upstairs leaked into my room. The new room was ground floor so view was somewhat obstructed. New room had less window opening and no second window for airflow. Had to use a box fan for comfort and that drowned out the sound of the ocean. Microwave in the new room had to be replaced. Refrigerator in the first room did not work. They are in the process of renovation. All staff was very friendly.

The ocean view Deadbolt on door didn't lock. Pretty old and run down.
