Hallmark Resort - Newport

Great place..

For the price we expected more. Our room was basically clean but there was a LOT of mold in the bath/shower; all outside areas needed cleaned(the hallway and stairway carpets were never vacuumed or cleaned; outdoor trash cans were filthy; hot tub was totally unappealing and in desperate need of refurbishing. We will not be staying here again.

Everthing there was Perfect in all Honesty. Every staff member was smiling and helpful, everything was clean and bright, property amenities were working perfectly. The only thing I didn't like is I couldn't afford to stay longer. But that's on me, not them.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hallmark Resort. Our room and view were incredible! It was an added bonus to order breakfast from next door and have it delivered to enjoy in our room with our dining table and view. We loved the fireplace and the jacuzzi tub! Great location and easy access to the beach with a short winding walk.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff were incredible—truly amazing people who delivered great customer service from start to finish. They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Best of all, it was very family oriented. The beach view was top notch, and the beach access was just as great—so convenient and enjoyable that we spent much more time there than we planned. Overall, the combination of the beautiful view, easy access to the beach, and the exceptional service made our stay incredibly pleasant. If you’re looking for a hotel that offers a great experience all around, this is it—we’ll definitely be back!

Hallmark resort was a beautiful place, always appreciate beach access and a balcony. It was a truly beautiful place, so peaceful.

The hotel was awesome.

The room did get a bit warm in the afternoon with the sun hitting the glass door, but the box fan in the closet was a huge help. Staff were very nice and we loved the free coffee and tea in the lobby. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful resort with amazing views!

A very nice clean hotel. One caveat, the pool is not always accessible—it was closed the day we got in . Georgie’s restaurant is good and convenient.

Customer service was excellent and location was beautiful. Beach access was the best.

Hallmark is amazing, clean, spacious . The lofts especially, and the views! Totally totally worth it
