Was missing either a coffee maker or a microwave. I can't remember which one, but it would've been better with both.

The hotel location is away from the heavy traffic and congestion of the main downtown area and has some restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms were very clean and newly remodeled which from the old photos was a major facelift. My only issues was the check in experience. We got there and called a number on the door since the front desk person was at the store. Not long after we arrived, 3 other bookings showed up and similar issues. I understand staff need breaks but don't lie to me and the next person saying it will be ten minutes, when ten minutes passed already. Check out was drop the single room key we had in a box. Tried to used the vending machine for drinks which only took coins and was broken. I think this hotel has great potential if they did more remodeling like the rooms.

There was nobody on property when we were checking in. 3 other people were waiting. Not acceptable and no hair dryer in the room.

Water pressure was bad in the shower and would turn luke warm after 2 minutes .. Reception locked when arrived at 1:30pm had to call to have reception opened .. Very noisy from room above thin walls and ceilings. I probably would not stay there again $200 for 1 night on a Saturday.

Called the number Staff stated they d return in 10 minutes…40 minutes later he returned for check in It was 5:00 pm

Woke up at 7am to the lawn people mowing and leaf blowing on Saturday. I will never stay here again

Recently updated king suite was very nice, very clean. Washer/dryer on site if needed. Thai restaurant next door; others close by. Office staff very courteous; hung sign with phone number if he was out of office. Convenient key drop box for checking out. I recommend, and will likely stay here next time I'm in Newport.

Very meh. No breakfast, not even coffee in your room. Fine for a quick stop but nothing more. The space was good overall. Guy is never at the office.
