There is nothing to dislike about staying at the Newport DaysInn. I do recommend that if you make reservations in advance, stipulate a ground level room rather than upstairs....if you're over 65 years of age.

We enjoyed the spacious room. If you have trouble with steps, ask for a ground floor room.

Rooms are small and that’s okay, unfortunately you were able to hear above you, beside you and outside the entire time. People wake up and have movement around different times which makes it a bit uncomfortable if you can’t fall asleep or are woken up early as well.

Room was clean, breakfast was minimal, parking was very tight and though I asked for bottom floor b/c I was tired from being on the road, the gentleman replied that I should’ve made request when I booked the hotel…

The accommodation was clean and great overall, though there weren't many amenities and the USB ports weren't updated to Type-C yet. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Free parking Very stingy amenities. I.E. breakfast was very lacking. No free water to fill up bottles.

I stayed at this place last year on a similar trip down the Oregon coast. It was good then and good now. I had a bit of trouble getting the shower to work but the desk person helped me with it and I was able to have a much needed shower! Location is convenient to area breakfast/dinner restaurants. The coffee in the desk lobby was much appreciated. I wished there had been more choice with the offered complimentary breakfast item but the coffee was enough for me. Check in was fast and convenient and desk person very personable and helpful.

Room as ;clean and the beds were comfortable. Lite breakfast was served The parking lot is small with small spaces for big cars. Difficult to back in and out of spaces.

Booked a Queen bed, got a Full size. Very small, narrow parking spaces. Breakfast was twinkies and cookies. Clean property though.

The room was clean and modern The parking lot made this stay very stressful. The parking spaces are so narrow. You can’t even get out of your car if you pull into a spot because the other cars are so close to your car door. Also driving in and out of the hotel, the lane to leave the parking lot is so narrow next to the lobby that my truck couldn’t even get through there.
