We stayed in the Balcony Room No 519-view of the harbor was great-sadly the flat roof below us(Think the restaurant) was covered in seagull poop which was disgusting! Also the step out from the room to the balcony is very dangerous...its quite high from the floor-twice I caught my ankle on the screen door base and I had bruises on my ankle...

Holiday weekend but not relaxing Hard to review because the crowds were huge . Might be better not in a holiday weekend Also SUPER EXPENSIVE. For the value

Place was so much more spectacular than we ever expected. So many activities to explore and food was great. No complaints at all. Definitely a 10!

I have 2 negative comments, one is the air conditioning units are too loud and second you can hear everything from the hallways, you can even hear the alarm going off in the room next door. Other than these 2 things the hotel is definitely worth another trip to Newport!!

Always my favorite place to stay in Newport!! Great views & vibes! The hotel is so clean and updated. Smells amazing! The food and cocktails were great & also treated myself to a massage which was incredible! Parking is easy if you don’t care for valet (although they are wonderful as I have used them in the past). Short ride or nice stroll into the wharf areas on the marina.

The property and staff are amazing and added bonus is the location and shuttle to the Wharf every 30 minutes.

This place is always spot on each time we stay. Gorgeous views, perfect location. Staff goes above and beyond. All the expectations of Newport without the pretense.

We have stayed at this property many times, with different owners over the last 15 years. This most recent ownerships has updated the property with notable improvements. The room decor is newer and quite lovely. We appreciated the comfortable chairs on our deck that faced the water and the Newport bridge. The outdoor dining space is much improved, as well.

My recent stay was a wonderful experience with exceptional customer service, clean accommodations, plenty of amenities and restaurants. We loved hanging out at the outdoor pool. We enjoyed taking the water taxi into town. The in-house cafe was very convenient and I enjoyed my morning coffee. We would definitely come back again.
