Good time

I room not facing the water is one thing, a window facing the elevators is next level wrong.

Extremely clean room. Easy check in. Loved that Starbucks coffee was onsite. Cute furnishing making it look ocean sailing theme. Staff was courteous and professional.

Cleanliness was impressive. My routine when staying somewhere is to completely undo a bed and check it from the mattress up. I’ve never seen such a clean bed. My daughter commented how the bathroom was beautiful and the towels smelt amazing. Hotel is top notch maintained. I’ve never felt so accommodated, not to mention the hotel is a stones throw away from everything. Pool was ready for my toddlers to take on and even has an aquarium with touch tanks in its front yard. Couldn’t highly recommend a hotel as much as this and I’ve stayed in MANY. A special touch is the sparkling or regular free flavored water throughout the hotel.

The view of the harbor was spectacular. It was a short walk to major attractions and the harbor I really don’t have a negative report about anything

Hotel was beautiful! Location was prime. Weather was pouring rain for our stay so not great. Meredith the Concierge worked wonders getting us a reservation to our top pick for restaurants 22 Bowen. It did not disappoint! We used the hotel’s large gym before an amazing dinner. Free WiFi required a bonvoy membership (which is free) but slightly annoying.

Loved the location, cleanliness, water cooler!!, room with a partial view of the water! layout of hotel and ammenities not your fault but so many kids in pool and we were looking so forward to getting in an didn't b/c we saw a few hairs and small kids and workout room was also ridden with little kids playing on equipment with their parents there which is sad for you guys with how expensive it is.

I wonder if Marriott reserves the worst rooms for Hotel.com customers. My room had one window which faced the elevators for the fourth floor. We were unable to sleep because every time some one got off the elevator, we could hear them speaking. We were up all night. A room of this kind should not be permitted.

Great hotel and staff. Restaurant and bar was also excellent.

The breakfast Buffett was very good- lots to choose from, food was fresh even towards the end!

Beautiful hotel and great location I couldn't get an appointment for a facial in the spa. Also, when I was checking out, a young couple jumped in front of me to buy their bottles of water. The staff member was retrieving my invoice and instead of saying she was attending to another customer, she let them pay for their drinks. It was an easy transaction for her, but they were exceptionally rude and the man did bump me to the side to get in front of me. I didn't expect that at a Marriott and I was too stunned to say anything at the time.

It was a nice stay. Housekeeping was great, most staff were friendly and helpful.

No heat. Fitness room video broken. No spa despite signage and on website

The location was wonderful and so easy to get into restaurants in Newport. The carbonated water was a nice touch. The bar had great drinks and atmosphere. The room and bathroom were clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. Even the “no view” room had a nice view of the bridge. The one bed was so close to the wall you had to crawl over the other person or from the bottom to get in. Not ideal for adults. Would be nice with the resort fee to have the pool open later than 10. We didn’t get a long time at the pool because it was swarmed with young kids till about 9-9:30.
