The location is good but still you walk down the street for the main attractions. The guests are charged $15 for overnight parking, which seems unreasonable, especially because they are 2 to 3 kilometers away from the falls, and we have to pay the parking fee again at the falls to the authorities. The breakfast is good, but the timings are unreasonable again, which are 7-9 am. Suggested timings are up to 11 am as people sleep late in Niagara.

Location is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. The blanket was torn in one place and on the other bed thge blanket had severe stain. We saw that too late like around while go to sleep at 12 AM, so we didn’t bother to go to ask them for a new blanket.

The location is excellent, only about a 15 minute walk to Niagara Falls. It is convenient for visiting the main attractions, and there are restaurants and shops nearby. The parking fee of $15 per night should be included in the room price. The bathroom shower curtain was dirty and unpleasant. There were cigarette butts left outside many room doors, which is unacceptable, especially for families with children and non smokers. The window curtains did not fully cover the windows, so people walking along the corridor could easily see inside the room at night when the lights were on, which reduced our privacy

My overall experience is good for the price. There were cob webs, the room needs to be cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom needs stable shower curtains, it fell while I was there. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a complimentary breakfast. My kids and I were comfortable. The shower curtains are unstable. Wifi connection was weak.
