The hotel & staff were fantastic. Our Room 401 was superb. The vintage furniture was beautiful. Breakfasts were cooked by Joseph (Owner/Chef) & were delicious & very plentiful. The Staff, Jenny on Reception couldn’t do enough for us. Housekeeping (Mandy & Christine) ensured our room was spotless. We only booked for 2 nights, Could have stayed for 2 months.

Nice room 404. Nice shower. Nice dining area Front porch in disrepair. Landscaping all overgrown. Front steps not kept up. For a small amount of money, the owner could sand and stain the porch, cut back the overgrowth in front, weed the side patio and pour new cement steps. If he spent a bit of money, he was transform the place and really improve the curb appeal.

Very spacious room with great view of the river close to the falls. Tastefully furnished with historical touches. Lack of a coffee making machine in room.

The penthouse suite was such a gorgeous room. It had a great balcony and the bathroom was fantastic. The bedroom and sitting area were well proportioned and the mattress was super comfortable. The hotel itself was in walking distance of the falls and was the perfect base for one night to end our trip. I would highly recommend

Unique historical building Great location Excellent breakfast Knowledge and helpful staff Free parking Beautiful room with fantastic bathroom and outdoor seating Still requires some maintenance outside to be a 10/10. This did not impact my stay at all. Just explaining why I did not give it a perfect score.

We have been to Niagara Falls five times, and let me just say this was the best place by far! Everything was super clean! The staff was fabulous, and the made to order breakfast was out of this world! This will hands down be our go-to spot if we return in the future. Just a few minor things. Our bathroom needed more lighting for sure, thank goodness I had a make-up mirror. Although I know there’s a community refrigerator, it would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room, and a decent hanging place for clothes. (The space provided was for an infant), so we hung everything on the rack in the bathroom.
