The location is nice, beside the river and near Clifton Hill. The washroom needs to be renovated. so old!!! Better to install surveillance camera in the parking lot outside the hotel.

Location was very convenient Water temperature in the shower was inconsistent and impossible to set + pressure was pretty bad. Mattresses were way too soft and sunken in the middle. Room wasn't really representative of the pictures we had seen. Plus it was really damp and humid

Location The location is indeed great and the room was relatively fine, but the bathroom was extremely basic. All in all, I suppose that’s what you get with a 3-star hotel. However, the weakest point by far is the staff. Starting with the manager, they simply do not seem to care about the guests at all-or at least, this is what we felt. Our room was not ready at 3:00 PM, which is the official check-in time. We waited for another 40 minutes, but still nothing, so we decided to head back out into the city. It was quite exhausting, especially since we were traveling with a 6-year-old child. To make matters worse, we had already notified them of our estimated arrival time via Booking, but they completely ignored us.

Management was amazing! We were celebrating our anniversary and we were put in an adjoining room next to loud, screaming toddlers.

Easy walking distance to main tourist features in Niagara. Comfortable beds. Parking was in a public lot, so it was luck if you found a spot. Had to pay as a guest for the parking. Hotel needs a lot of TLC. Grouting in bathroom etc, nasty, dirty old worn out fixtures. Not cleaning crews fault.
