Very bad experience with the staff, since this place is isolated, it is very risky to stay alone here. Manager of the property

The location The receptionist or the person who was handling the property, very uncooperative. Not helpful or accommodating at all. Probably heard him use foul language when I left the room he was in.

I was in room 22, a family room, and it was much larger than I expected. 2 queens and a set of bunk beds with a table/chairs, a mini fridge, and private bathroom. There was a trail that led to the falls directly across from the property. The first floor had a large kitchen and eat in area with board games to play. Fun for my kids and comfortable for all!

Very very very bad behave

Location is ok. You have to walk around 17 minutes to the obervation tower. You have a kitchen to cook if you want. I had a very funny conversation with the owner. I recommend learning history from him. You learn and laugh non-stop. The mattress was very thin and not confortable, specially if you have back problems like me. Front desk opens at 11 AM and you cannot stay in the area before your check-in. So if you arrive at 9AM, you can leave your luggage but you cannot stay in the hostel for 6 hours. My plan was to stay there working but I was forced to leave.

Great location Niagra Falls. Spacious, clean room and bathroom. Guest kitchen for cooking and dining room is also available if needed. Everything was great.

Great location, lots of space in the room with a super comfortable bed. Owner Jeff is heart.

I love the space. Is very quiet. I stayed in room #21 and it has two bunk beds and a queen size very comfortable bed. This room is big enough for a family of 6. I absolutely recommend this hostel. I would stay there if I comeback to Niagara Falls USA. I didn’t like the bathroom curtain. Is too short and water goes outside on to the floor. But we use a towel and solve the problem.

They gave my spot away the guy who answer my phone he was so rude and very aggressive with his tune , I got to the airport one h later after 7 pm due flight delay…I got text massage saying they rent my space to someone else. I told how I control Daly flight he said that’s not his problem and hang up on me. They should fire the guy in customer service.

Couldn't stay , no one there to check in , locked up tight old and delapaded , took my money and Couldn't stay there , had to get another motel

Location is very good. Basic amenities like bath towel, handwash soap or liquid are not provided, which are very basic. every hostel provides these. Late checkin after 7 pm is not allowed. Staff behavior

I had an awesome 6 days at the Gorge View Hostel. I will be returning in the future with my bestie so they can experience this wonderful place for themselves. I celebrated my birthday here and since the minute I arrived to this beautiful place, I was attended to by the owner, Jeff, who was very kind and courteous. A HUGE thank you to Jeff who made this trip very easy to enjoy not only did he help a struggling guest with her luggage but he was also very friendly, helpful and informative making it possible for someone like me who’s never traveled and suffers from anxiety to navigate the area successfully and stress free. This amazing hostel is a true gem. It’s clean, budget friendly and you just can’t beat the location and breathtaking views, you’d be crazy not to book a room in this place. You could even see the fireworks from Niagra on the front steps of this place. Definitely great times. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and meeting new people. I felt secure and well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend it to solo travelers or anyone looking for a chill place to stay in the area. If you're someone who enjoys meeting other travelers and breathtaking views then it’s definitely a great choice. Absolutely nothing and that’s why I’ll be booking again with Gorge View Hostel in the future. I can’t stress enough how beautiful it is here and so much fun. You can’t beat the hospitality.
