Hotel was much better than expected! Although the building is old, the room had been renovated, very spacious and comfortable. Very good comunnication with the owner. Access to a shared kitchen with all needed facilities. Free parking Hotel and rooms are better than presented on photos - photos should be updated!

The separate toilet and shower are very convenient. The kitchen is also very convenient. The only drawback is that the bed needs to be covered by a curtain. Another major flaw is that there are no electrical outlets around the headboard, so I can't charge my phone.

Very bad experience with the staff, since this place is isolated, it is very risky to stay alone here. Manager of the property

For a 2 star hostel this place definitely exceeded our expectations. The owner was very friendly, funny and helpful. We arrived later than check in time due to train arrival, informed the owner in advance and he was very understanding and accommodating. Our room ( family of 3) was very spacious, spotless clean and comfortable, had air con and we were able to see the fireworks from our window . Great location, 15-20 min easy walk to the falls or rainbow bridge ( the falls park is literally across the road), 25 min walk to Amtrak train station and still at an affordable price. There's a small convenience store for essentials about 5 min walk too. Fully equipped kitchen with dining room was available at all times which was a great bonus for our stay. We would definitely stay here again if visiting. There was nothing to dislike.

The location The receptionist or the person who was handling the property, very uncooperative. Not helpful or accommodating at all. Probably heard him use foul language when I left the room he was in.

Our stay was comfortable; Jeff was very kind upon our arrival and provided us with information about the attractions at Niagara Falls State Park. Our stay was good

I was in room 22, a family room, and it was much larger than I expected. 2 queens and a set of bunk beds with a table/chairs, a mini fridge, and private bathroom. There was a trail that led to the falls directly across from the property. The first floor had a large kitchen and eat in area with board games to play. Fun for my kids and comfortable for all!

Location is ok. You have to walk around 17 minutes to the obervation tower. You have a kitchen to cook if you want. I had a very funny conversation with the owner. I recommend learning history from him. You learn and laugh non-stop. The mattress was very thin and not confortable, specially if you have back problems like me. Front desk opens at 11 AM and you cannot stay in the area before your check-in. So if you arrive at 9AM, you can leave your luggage but you cannot stay in the hostel for 6 hours. My plan was to stay there working but I was forced to leave.
