We booked a recent renovated room. Everything was perfect. There were quick responses when we reached out to the front desk with normal requests. The pool area is amazing. We enjoyed every part of our stay!

Location of hotel was just minutes from a view of the falls. Parking was loterally seconds away. Staff were very courteous and efficient. Room clean and modern. On sight Starbucks, restaurants and bar. I have no complaints about this hotel.

Great stay, had a lot of fun. A couple of small amenity fees that I believe should be disclosed prior to stay for full transparency.

My only complaint is that I called for housekeeping in the morning to clean up my room and they never showed up

The front desk receptionist managed to give me a lecture about asking for a cheap water bottle despite hotel charging $10 per day for an extra person ( 1 adult & 2 kids). Everything is charge an extra destination fee. No real food options. The restaurants are overpriced with mediocre food ($20 burger).

Amazing spot to stay , everything is close & walkable to the falls. We did not move our car once our stay. Will deff be back!
