We did not use our car all week so the shuttle system was great to use and brought us to a lot of places we would have had to drive to. The only negative remark is that they should let people staying at the hotel is that parking is 20.00 a day…we did not know that. For some people it may be an added expense they can’t afford. Otherwise I highly recommend the hotel and had a great trip, close to everything we wanted to see and more!!

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. I traveled with my son and we were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I want to shout out to JOE for his concern and assistance. I use a motorized wheelchair, and he wanted to make sure I was safe entering and exiting the lobby. The location to the many sites was also very convenient. There was nothing I didn't like.

Everything was nice. My son loved the Rainforest Cafe (me too) and the arcade. The pool was great and looks really cool. The salt water fish tanks are a nice touch! Stayed overnight in their 2 room suite and it was very clean.

Spacious room There was bad musty smell in the room! Our clothes in the suitcase also took that smell after we left and when unpacked at home. Also the aircondition was set to 60 Fahrenheit (16 Celsius) in our room! It was very cold. We had to switch it to heat mode to warm up the room a little.

Great location, staff was excellent. The kids loved the pool, aquarium, arcade and rainforest cafe. Adults loved Starbucks and the casino across the street. Walking distance to all attractions. Rooms were well maintained, clean and room service was good!

Nothing Booked this hotel for my 20 year old daughter. They would not allow her to check in and won't refund the room charge.

Close proximity to the Falls entrance and its own indoor pool. We really enjoyed our time and look forward to returning!

The hotel needs to be updated — the hallways smelled like stale cigarettes, the rooms were bare and desolate. The free laundry was an awful experience — their dryer tore up a load of our clothes. The staff was completely unhelpful, hiding behind policy and protocol. The managers were company goons intent on protecting Marriott at all costs. A very silly place.

Our room was right next to elevators, so it was like sleeping under a roller coaster. Parking very expensive, but that's probably more due to the area rather than the hotel.

The water pressure in the shower and toilet was too low.
