Very nice stay. Only draw back was the back view of our room. But all else was very nice

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early for our check in just looking to store our luggage and the team was able to change our room and show us to check in and settle early. The entire team we encountered were very professional and helpful.

The hotel rooms were very clean. But we were delayed on our check ins . They were busy because of July4th weekend.

The lobby was very nice but upstairs it wasn’t that great Looks are deceiving, it’s all nice in the lobby but upstairs the carpets were dirty and ripped and the rooms were super humid.

For many travelers, relaxing in the hot tub is part of the vacation experience, and more flexible hours would be a wonderful addition. I hope the hotel considers extending the availability in the future, as it would make an already pleasant stay even better.

Parking was a pain. Machine wouldn’t accept ticket validated by the Hotel staff.

Location: We couldn't have asked for a better location. Walking distance to everything we visited!! Staff: From check in to check out, courteous beyond belief!! Dasia Brtar (spelling?), Matt (I don't know his last name) in the club room--OH MY GOSH, HE IS SUPERMAN!! No negatives: We were completely satisfied with our accommodation and the service. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and busy. I have already recommended this location to a friend who plans to travel to Niagara Falls in the next couple of months.
