Location Tried to check in on time. Was told to wait 30-45minutes because our room wasn’t ready. Waited 1 hour and 20minutes for it to still not be ready. They had to switch our room finally and it made us late for dinner. Kids were tired and we just wanted to get into our room.

Unfortunately the property is dirty.. Omg the rugs walking down the hallway were terrible… curtains completely dirty and some walls u can see balls of dust around it… the “complementary breakfast “ it was a joke… the only good thing about the hotel is the location.. and honestly it doesn’t stinks that bad…I’ll give 5 out of 10…it was mehhhh.. i definitely won’t visit again…

Was a really good spot for people looking g to be walking distance to all the falls attractions. It is very clean and modern and staff is very friendly. The only true downside is the breakfast is not anything to count on. Very limited availability for options and limited selection. But other than that superb location

The breakfast was horrible and I would be ashamed if it were my company and that’s what I had to offer. I would change the breakfast offering immediately.
