Muy buen servicio las habitaciones muy limpias, el desayuno muy variado, y lo mejor es que el parque lo puede recorrer caminando y no pagas parking porque ya viene incluido en la reservación

We registered our car upon arrival with the desk clerk. Unfortunately we still had to take our time to deal with a ticket that was left on our windshield.

Great location. Check in was rough. There was a long line of people and only one person working the desk. It took a half hour to check in.

Breakfast was understocked with rude attendant. Hotel clerk at check-in was great. Room was clean but our family was glad it was only a one night stay.

Front desk staff Great and location great. Maid/cleaning of room poor. Did not bring requested towels to room after filling out paper request. Had to fing maid staff and ask for additional toilet paper and trash bags to bring myself to room. ALL the floor Doors to rooms are left open while cleaning staff cleans entire floor to walk by and see unmade beds and trash from previous guest. Yuck. Did not Fresh room after third night of stay. Smell of Pot several times and through air condition vents - suppose to be non-smoking.

Check in was supposed to be at 4.00 pm. The rooms weren’t ready 20+ guests were waiting. Front desk staff couldn’t get clear info on the room readiness. Management was not there to answer any questions.

The hotel was nice and clean but had a bad experience with the amenities in the bathroom. Otherwise the rooms are quite spacious and well maintained.
