Reviews

Hotel room quality is not that great, also bathroom sink got clogged and they fixed only after multiple complaints.
-
Would help to have a microwave in the room. Otherwise the rooms were well maintained and staff was very helpful.
-
There should be more staff checking in people when the hotel is full. Waiting in line to check in for almost an hour is not good especially when the temperature is over 100 degrees & the air conditioning is broken
-
The room was clean. I was in the first floor, it is noisy outside we can hear it.
-
Breakfast was very average.

The breakfast that they offer for free is kind of lame you've got eggs, sausage, lousy bread, some lame, pastries, and some waffles. No fruit, no bananas no variety at all. As usual, the carpets were filthy as with most hotels. Next time you go to a hotel or motel, give it the White Sock test. Put on a pair of white socks and walk around the room and see what the bottom of the socks look like. The lounge, or bar attached to the hotel had no air-conditioning! The days that I was there, it was approaching 90° and very humid. Needless to say I did not purchase anything or spend any time in that bar. They provided cold water with lemons in it in the lobby. Unfortunately, the water was tapwater and it tasted like it, and the lemons were not squeezed in so you didn't even taste the lemons.

The property is next to the falls that's a great advantage. However it is crammed with guests and not very clean. The breakfast was subpar at best. My room was next to an exit and there were guests entering and leaving at all hours of the day and night with loud noises of door opening and closing and we hardly got any sleep. I would recommend an upper floor room, however the front desk staff didn't bother to ask me my preference before handing the room keys.

Very dirty hotel. Entrance is littered with trash and cigs. Common area is dirty. Complimentary water was empty and dirty.

Es un hotel limpio y está muy cerca del área de las cataratas, restaurantes y atracciones. El personal del lobby poco servicial. Pero en general todo bien para la corta estadía y el precio pagado.
-
the staff was horrible, not at all friendly. they even charged me for the days i did not stay.

Location only Cooperation
-
Proximity to the park. Breakfast was less than stellar. Short staffed. 1 runner for a group of about 30- 35 guests.
-
Room was fine, outside of hotel is dingy, lots of garbage on the grounds, just a dirty feel to the place.
-
Buffet breakfast was very bad, no variety to eat and scramble eggs taste like rubber seems some fake eggs
-
Great hotel, clean, and in a great area specially to go walking and see the falls on the US side you can literally walk there and is close to food places
