The only good side we can think of is the location, which is very convenient and walkable to many attractions, but there are not a lot of food choices. The breakfast choices are also limited or typical depending on how you see it - the bagel, bread, waffles, drinks, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, etc... In general (not about this specific hotel), the neighborhood around at the US side is bad, bad, bad, especially if you have visited the Canada side of the Niagara Falls. We went in late Aug / early Sept time, not a lot of tourists on the US side, but the Canada side was packed of people, causing a lot of traffic even. It is night and day difference between the 2 sides. I should have spent most of my time at the Canada side. It is only worth spending half days at the US side. If I could choose again, I won't even stay at the US side of the Falls.

Location was fantastic

Loved this place as it is directly across the street from Niagra State Park so we walked there numerous times even for the nightly fireworks. It's also very centrally located for other restaurants, shopping, etc. They had an onsite magic show, which was amazing, a small microbrewery onsite, and access to patio with food trucks & shopping. Staff was wonderful, and breakfast is plentiful!

Breakfast was great! Location was more than I could I have asked for! Across the street from the Niagara Falls State Park. The facilities are in need of a cosmetic update, but the air conditioning works great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends looking to visit the area.

This decades-old hotel is a stone toss-away from the American side of Niagara Falls. Free parking, next to a narrow road that takes you to Your Falls. Hear the water rapids, see them, and stand next to them within a few hops. Watching the enormous amount of water race to the edge of the cliff and drop from this intimate closeness was mind-expanding, an experience I don't ever want to unsee or unhear. The room was clean, and cleaned by one big, upbeat man who seemed to work alone, leaping, like Superman, from job to job in the hotel, sometimes forgetting to close the door behind him. Don't drink from the water dispensers despite the seductive lemon slices: tasted like chlorinated swimming pool. There is free coffee-and-tea bar tucked around the corner, and free breakfast in the basement, which also houses a stage for a participatory magic show that runs several times a week. I like that the hotel was singular in its vicinity, not giving away that we are at a tourist trap. And being able to fall asleep and wake up so close to the Great American Falls enabled the mind to realize a connection between its own insignificant self and this great force of nature, as if being a part of one another was possible. And if that connection were true, all the faults I found with this great hotel (and my comfortable suburban life) can fall apart instantly and forever.

Location! location! location! Only about a half an hour drive from Buffalo Niagara airport,, This hotel is centrally located to all the fun. It's right across the street from Niagara State Park, close to many food options, and is a very short walk from the Rainbow Bridge that takes you to the Canada side of the falls. Complimentary breakfast did the job fueling us up for the day ahead(can't complain when it's hot and free!) Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

La ubicación es excelente, pero creo que para la ubicación que tiene debe estar un poco más cuidado, la habitación que nos tocó 118 estaba un poco descuidada realmente. No estuvo mal pero si tuviera q volver no los elegiría de nuevo realmente.

Room was not ready during check in

The location is excellent, just across from the Niagara Falls park. I was not informed I had to request for the room to be serviced, eg clean towels, bed made. I received no service during my stay, shame on you!!!
