I came back it’s very nice place

The location was convenient to Niagara Falls State park. The property is somewhat dated. They charge extra for parking and do not provide / include breakfast. These are just connivance items that make traveling a bit easier.

Location Cleanliness, old hotel lot of wear and tire

Unfortunately, we had several issues with our room. Our shower broke and maintenance had to come fix it. While they did get it working, they left the shower running afterward, which ended up flooding our bathroom, and they also left some of their trash behind in our room. We then had to have housekeeping come clean up the water. Housekeeping was helpful and took care of it, but it was an inconvenience that really shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Our deadbolt also didn’t work, and the blackout shade in our room was broken and wouldn’t raise. After the experience with maintenance and the shower, we honestly just didn’t want to call and have someone come back to the room again, so we dealt with it. There were also a few inconveniences with the hotel itself. We were on the first floor, but the ice machine was all the way on the fifth floor. The hotel was also very busy and only had two elevators, so we frequently had to wait. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, and the staff we interacted with were nice, but there were enough maintenance issues and inconveniences that I probably wouldn’t stay here again. For the price,

The hotel is only a few minutes’ walk from the falls, which made our visit very convenient. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Superb

Having to pay for parking after already paying $200+ for a room, immediately being charged a $200 incident fee, the pool was disgusting, and no meals unless you paid for extremely overpriced food at their on site restaurant. Also- the room was dirty , hair in the tub and all over the air conditioner.

Unexpected fees when you get there, parking fee and some other weird fee that resulted in a 285 extra charge? Room was paid for ahead of time. Never had this at any Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed. Would recommend staying somewhere else where you would actually get your money’s worth.

Once out of the parking lot, it is a two minute walk (max) to the state park which was beautiful. The falls were spectacular, landscaping beautiful and it was relatively safe to walk at night.

Booked for the location and room size, but our room had peeling wallpaper covering holes in the wall, lights that didn't work, the tiniest bathroom for a suite that could sleep 7, bed sheets that didn't fit, and windows that looked out at a wall. The stairs were not easily accessible and only a couple ice machines were working. The staff were friendly and helpful though.

Clean rooms, excellent location and ample paid parking. Comfy beds and large rooms.
