Location near country park good but area not so.

Excellent hotel, and closed distance from the Niagara falls. It was clean and comfortable.

Staff not interested in that personal touch. Lobby area always wet from patrons just walking from the pool soaking all areas. Shower not working and shower curtain not covering properly just riding down to the middle. Weird smell in the room. Just overall tatty you also have to pay to park in the hotel car park $19.95 per day. Paid for a Canadian view windows dirty. AC dated and loud

The staff were not very helpful, and the TV did not work for any of the three days we were there. Overall, I felt the stay was quite expensive for what was provided. Considering the price we paid, I expected a much better experience, better service, and basic amenities like the TV to be working properly. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not feel like it was worth the amount we paid.

Great service and breakfast was great

Bathroom doors were not closing, toilet flush is not working. Very old and bad smelling carpet in hallways. Never had this kind of experience in Holiday inn properties.

Good and very close to the falls

This was not a great experience. I was originally on the first floor and there was the worst odor in the hallway, it was so bad it made us nauseous, smelled like raw sewage.. we asked to be moved to a different floor. A phone wasn't working in one of our rooms and the room wasn't cleaned that well. There was hair in the shower and I swear someone threw up in the sink and it wasn't cleaned properly and one of the irons wasn't working.

Parking was additional @ $19/ night. We parked for free in the Casino lot a short walk away.

Hotel was OK, Paid breakfast was basic and not worth it, but staff was nice. The plates and bowls were plastic and paper. Tub was peeling and did not drain. We took the stairs and I was scary to see the hotel in such disrepair. Because of this I am not sure if I would stay at another Holiday Inn. The Lobby was nice, the staff were friendly and the free coffee/tea in the lobby was a nice touch. I would not stay here again. The location is great as it is a short 3/4 mile walk to the falls..

Great for a quick stay

It’s clean enough, friendly enough, and convenient enough….however; it’s insanity at this hotel. Lots of frustration from the enormous groups checking in and clogging the elevators. The groups checking in were entire tour group bus loads. It was loud and the check-in was jam packed. Also; The homeless in the area are everywhere. Lock your car door! We moved our family across the way to the Seneca Casino. Be prepared to wait on elevators!

This hotel is really well located, is very close to restaurants, amenities and Niagara Falls, close to Border bridge of Canada.

We were very impressed by the cleanliness in all area of the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There was ample parking and having the attached bar and restaurant made our choice easy. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location. Room was spacious. Would be nice to have a vanity in the bathroom as there was no place to put my toiletries. Also no place to put soap and shampoo in the shower. The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly and helpful
