Red Coach Inn

We were overall pleased with the location and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The property is in need of updating especially the red bricks in the entrances that are coming apart and can easily cause someone to fall.

Great location. Very convenient.

Access to water dispenser at all times would be a great addition.

All meals eaten there were very good. The complimentary breakfast was especially good! Clean and spacious room. Will book again if back in the area.

Cute hotel with large suite. Very convenient to the Falls. You can hear the rapids with open windows. Clean. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend.

Everything was in a short walking distance from hotel and after checkout they allowed us to keep our car parked so we walked across into Canada that was awesome of them ! Waited 5 -10 min for someone to come to front desk to check in and i never received a text or phone call to let us know room was ready and breakfast was nasty Everything was pre made just get pancake and eggs

The property was very unique. So close to the falls. The cooked-to-order breakfast every morning was amazing!

Access to the rooms is unusual. No direct access from lobby or resturant. Parking is limited and is behind the hotel. Very close to the Falls

If you want an elegant experience for a good price this place has it all.

We stayed in the Tasner room. It is absolutely beautiful. The jacuzzi tub was a huge plus for our tired bodies about all the walking and sight seeing! We weren’t hugely impressed with the restaurant, menu wasn’t very big and really nothing we would eat. It could be your thing, but it wasn’t ours. Complimentary breakfast was good though. Great view from our room, we could open the windows and hear the water rushing. Overall beautiful hotel, we are glad we stayed here for our visit.

We stayed 2 nights on weekends. We stayed in the Liverpool.The room was nice and clean . The bed was so comfortable. Great location And breakfast was excellent!!!!!!!. I will stay here again if I’m back to visit Niagara Falls in the future.

It's very close to the falls and you can watch the fireworks from the property with no issues. We came hours early and were allowed to park at the property with no hassle. A big shout out to Diana who checked us in and went above and beyond to help us out and to our breakfast server Mario who provided exceptional service! All the other staff we encountered were extremely polite and professional. 1000% will recommend this place to my family and friends. We will definitely be coming back in the future. The only con is that there's no elevator. Nothing else!

Beautiful ambience with Old English country manor vibes. Great location and wonderful restaurant. This is our second time staying at the Red Coach and we will definitely stay here again.

Great location for our visit to Niagara Falls. Rooms were large & everything clean. Breakfast at restaurant was excellent.

What a great deal for the money. The room was beautiful. It is quaint and quiet. It was in a great location, too! I highly recommend!

Hotel and restaurant were absolutely amazing. We stayed in the Victoria suite and my whole family loved it. Would definitely recommend, had a great breakfast as well.

Some of the larger rooms have to be awkwardly accessed from the road, by way of walking thru people eating at their outdoor restaurant vs. thru the hotel but besides this issue and a poorly cleaned room, we had a nice stay.

The room is clean, breakfast is perfect, the kitchen is old but clean, and the staff is nice. It is conveniently near Niagara Falls State Park.
