get better..so close to falls. The free breakfast for guest was wonderful. Our bed was almost too tall for my 5'4 self.

This was a very nice hotel we stayed in the Cambridge suite and it was right across the street from the Rapids. We could watch the fireworks at night and see the water lit up. The room was very clean. Both bathrooms had jet tubs. We had two bedrooms in our suite, a kitchen, and it was all Victorian love the place.

Wonderful stay! The suite was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a perfect location. Would definitely stay again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved the location and the special touches to make our stay enjoyable. Quaint atmosphere! Would recommend to anyone.

What an amazing property! Named after the red coach that brought the Marquis de Lafayette to Niagara Falls, it is more recently famous for "Jim and Pam's honeymoon" from The Office. Our room was elegant and cozy. The jacuzzi bathtub was especially appreciated after a long drive. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and both were delicious. We could even see the rapids and the fireworks display over the Falls from our window. Will definitely stay at The Red Coach Inn again.

The room was spotless, staff extremely helpful and eager to assist. The mini fridge had a variety of coffee creamer, complimentary water, a small bottle of champagne and a cheese and fruit tray. The bed was very comfortable, slept soundly. Wish I could give them more than just 5 stars!

Room was clean and breakfast was very good and Niagara Falls park close walking distance

this was one off the nicest stays we have had. it was right across from the rapids and a very short walk to the falls. rooms were very clean and ready when we arrived. the only real downfall was the wait in the restaurant. seemed short staffed. we were in no hurry so that didn't matter and to be honest the food was worth the wait. it was VERY good. if we go back to Niagara i know where I'm staying. very happy thank you

Seemed historical and was rite on the river, couple minutes walk to the USA side of the falls

Loved the location, the atmosphere, coziness of the room. Beautiful!

Our room appeared to not have been used in quite some time, as there were numerous dead bugs in ALL areas of the room and especially in the bathroom, cobwebs throughout and also smelled stale and closed up. The bed was clean and comfortable, however the shower had a large wad of someone else's hair in it and there were smashed bugs on the walls and ceiling. We did not dare use the Jacuzzi in our room, as it reeked of bleach and the state of the room was less than appealing...

Great location to stay to visit Niagara Falls. It is a comfortable, roomy, and well furnished, quaint b&b to stay. Their included breakfast choices were diverse and tasty!

The choice of room is important: we were in the Windsor room, on the first floor of the southern-most building, facing the rapids. From our window, we could see a bit of the rapids across the street. We could certainly HEAR them: we left the window open, and the sound of rushing water sent us to sleep. (It was an unusually quiet August, the staff told us, so I don't know whether traffic noise is ever an issue. It sure wasn't for us.) The restaurant staff was delightful. Kim the bartender gives a strong handshake, a strong comedy game, and a stronger martini. My advice: stay here, but check with the hotel before booking about the location of the room. Those rapids are spectacular. Being able to drift off to sleep while listening to them is a real treat. And perhaps the rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors offer even better views.

Location to Niagara Falls was perfect. Walking distance to multiple areas. Older hotel but clean. Bedding was comfortable. Enjoyed my time at the hotel. Breakfast from a full menu was excellent.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Location is wonderful and what a nice surprise that in our room was a split of champagne and a plate of crackers and cheese. All complimentary. Not to mention the breakfast each morning that is included. Our room had its own entrance right by the parking lot, which is free to park. Overall, you can’t beat the value. The staff were all so pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!

The staff were super nice and amazing. Our suite was clean, had music playing, and a cheese and fruit tray with champagne waiting for us when we got there. Breakfast the next day was yummy. The location was perfect since Niagara Falls State Park was right across the street and we had a water view from our window. I'm definitely booking again.
