Pros: location is close to the falls Cons: 1. Sofa bed sheets werent changed from last occupant 2. Carpet was dirty. Our feet went black after walking on it. 3. Staff is rude 4. No one informed us that housekeeping is on request only. We got no housekeeping. 5. There was a bucket kept with leaking water in our room 6. We booked bed and breakfast but the front staff said we should not book on expedia if you want to book breakfast. We just didnt want to argue with the front staff. No more Hyatt for me.

Parking garage was really inconvenient and was really dirty. Stairwell smelled of urine and hasn’t been cleaned in ages. Graffiti everywhere too.

Area is a bit outdated but felt safe and was a quiet place to stay. Great location to both the falls and walking across the bridge to Canada.

Your staff at check in, facility, bar and dining, and all over, were extraordinary! I don’t have all names but one starts with Sh… all staff were amazing! We completely enjoyed our family trip with all our grands, kids and the activities. We truly appreciate the service, hospitality and convenience! Great job Hyatt Niagara! Thank you!

The rooms were clean and the only thing negative was the lack of extra bedding and pillows for the sofa-bed. The breakfast was excellent with an abundant of choices. The location was perfect for all the activities and the staff was friendly and informative. I would love to stay there again on my next trip to Niagara Falls. It was truly a wonderful stay.

Patio was great but was left locked after the rain even when it was sunny the next day. This was a bit disappointing. Also some areas were not cleaned properly and have spider webs at the Patio. Some of the plates were not clean at the breakfast and the breakfast was not that great. Daily room service was provided only upon request. The parking building across seriously need to be renovated. It was in really bad shape and dirty.

Everyone was fantastic from check in to check out! Front row seats to fireworks from the rooftop patio every night! Not even a 5 minute walk to Niagara State Park. Hands loved staying here! I can't say enough good things about this place! Big shout out to all the staff at the Hyatt! Thank you for making our vaca so unforgettable!!! ❤️

Room was large and clean. We were missing the bedding for the pull out sofa, but my son already had his own blanket from the car ride. Great location! Walked to everything, never had to fight traffic. Would stay again
