Todo perfecto en la propiedad. Todo limpio. Personal amable, servicial y respetuosos. Lo único que no me gustó es el parqueadero está al frente y está súper viejo y poco cuidado, el ascensor da problemas para subir al parqueo.

Property was very well kept up, clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Amenities were all in walking distance.
-
Parking was inconvenient across the street; parking lot extremely dirty.
-
Good hotel and very near to state park. Staffs were really helpful and provided the ticket pass even after checkout. Breakfast was good too.

Upon arrival, the front desk agent was rude, dismissive, and showed very little interest in helping us. We were assigned a room with a deeply disturbing view: there was a dead bird lying in water directly outside our window, near what appeared to be a ventilation area or drainage pipe, with water visibly running toward or into the building. This was not just unpleasant to look at; it raised an obvious sanitary concern. I tried to resolve the situation calmly and simply asked to be moved to another room. The front desk agent told me there were no rooms available. She also told me there was no supervisor on site. Only after I showed video of the dead bird and insisted that it be removed immediately from the area near the pipe leading into the building did another room suddenly become available. That sequence of events was unacceptable. A guest should not have to argue, provide video evidence, and escalate a sanitary concern before the hotel decides to help. It also left us wondering whether the dead bird and the water issue were ever properly addressed for the safety and comfort of other guests. A hotel should do more than collect payment. It has a responsibility to maintain a clean, safe, and professionally managed environment. Based on this experience, we will never stay with this hotel brand again, and I would not recommend it to anyone who expects basic hospitality, honesty, or sanitary standards.

Def recommended. I went with my kids and everything was perfect..

Extremely convenient spot close to the Falls, the Rainbow Bridge and so many great food options within a very short walk. Discounted secure parking across the street. We really lucked out!

Warren welcomed us like we were old friends. After all the travel stops (5) it was such a pleasure to be welcomed like that.

The location of this property is ideal! No matter which direction we went in, our hotel was right there! The hotel was clean, well maintained, the staff was friendly, breakfast was awesome and parking was easy enough. I would highly recommend anyone that is coming to Niagara Falls, NY to stay at this hotel!

property was convenient,

Every day same average breakfast, not made to order. Great location.
-
The room was clean and was very pretty! The sweet girl who checked us in even waived the breakfast fee for us because we were there celebrating our anniversary!

Clean room staff breakfast parking

Terrible services. The team at the front desk are overwhelmed. They are unable to provide the minim services required for a Hyatt hotel.
-
The view from our room was perfect, seeing the Canada skyline and the observation deck was great for watching the nightly fireworks. I wish there was more security, like having to use your key to get into elevators.
-
I paid a lot for the hotel and extra for my dog. Our room was dirty, the bathroom counter was broken on the side and the toilet paper is completely thin. For what I paid I expected better. The location was good for the Falls but other than that I’d go elsewhere next time.

Hotel staff was excellent. Parking lot was not well kept

Room was in a good position to see the fireworks. Breakfast was good. It looked worn and old in areas. Niagara Falls city government needs to clean up the area and modernize the buildings. Let some fresh investors in.
-
Rooms were clean and everything accessible within walking distance. I highly recommend this place.

We arrived on Wednesday afternoon and did not get cleaned or clean towels until Friday afternoon. Check out on Saturday. Everything else was excellent.
