It was across the street from the convention center where our conference was. The house cleaning girl that worked on the fourth floor on Friday night. She was very rude when we asked for clean towels. She snapped her glove and said very snotty “ I don’t have any go the the front desk”. She had lots on her cleaning cart.

close location to the waterfall there was no parking, although it was stated that there was and no need to book. cracked walls, very dirty window, nothing visible outside

Nothing at all I want my money back Everything about this hotel was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families with kids. The photos online are very misleading. The room was old and had mold, stains on the sheets, crumbs all over the floor, hair throughout the shower, and parts of the wall were falling apart. The entire building had a bad smell. The hotel also does not have parking, so we had to pay $30 for a garage on top of the $260 we already paid for the room. This was absolutely not worth $260. It was a horrible experience, and I am requesting a full refund. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

This hotel was an incredible disappointment. It was well rated on this app which I can't understand how. Upon arrival there was not a single parking spot available or any indication of where we could park. The individual who turned out to be the person in charge of housekeeping was yelling loudly at customers and then mocking them. Several upper level employees were berating other employees. Our room was absolutely disgusting and in horrible repair. My children were picking up cherry pits from the floor along with other trash particles and pointed out pizza crust in the ac vent. I do understand that thehotel didnt do those things they should have however cleaned it up prior to our arrival. The sheets were stained on one of the beds and missing completely from the pull out coach. While they did attempt to cleanup the room we couldn't even sit on the pull out coach without an extra sheet to cover it because it was filthy. The only positive I have to say is the pool and hot tub area were wonderful and the location to everything was very convenient and made it completely walkable for us.

We stayed for one night with family. It is budget friendly but not very good. Normal to spend night there. The staff was good and helpful!

. Я зробила переклад не просто дослівним, а як дуже різкий, емоційний, але водночас переконливий Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and honestly, I regret choosing this place. When we booked the hotel, it clearly stated that free parking was available. However, when we arrived, we discovered that the parking was only “free” if you were lucky enough to find an available spot. This very important condition was not mentioned when we made the booking. We only found this out at the front desk. This is extremely misleading. Unfortunately, the staff at the front desk were also very unfriendly and unhelpful. Nobody properly explained anything about the hotel, including the breakfast hours, where breakfast was served, or any other useful information that guests should normally receive upon arrival. The breakfast was another huge disappointment. The food was poor and practically nonexistent. On both days, when we went for breakfast, there was almost nothing available except some packaged items and juice. Why advertise breakfast hours from 7:00 to 10:00 if by 8:00 there is already almost nothing left? This is completely unacceptable. If you advertise breakfast until 10:00, guests should reasonably expect food to actually be available until 10:00. Things got even worse later that evening. My husband went to the hotel bar and ordered a Jameson. After drinking it, he became seriously ill and had severe stomach problems. He spent the entire following day in the hotel room because he felt extremely sick, had severe stomach cramps, and was in no condition to go anywhere or enjoy our trip. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of concern from the hotel staff. There was nowhere at the hotel to buy basic medication, so I had to leave the hotel and drive around looking for medicine while my husband was sick in the room. When we tried to explain what had happened to a staff member at the front desk, her response was absolutely unacceptable.

The location was good so you can walk to local establishments. Parking was very limited. Breakfast was a joke, only had waffles, yogurt, and cereal and no bowls for cereal, I noticed alot of guests walking away from breakfast. Room was updated but housekeeping could of swept the room carpet better, lots of crumbs on the floor.

They offer free parking, but the parking space is very limited. It’s frustrating because if you can’t find a spot, you have to pay for parking somewhere else.

Just to sum up my stay, we checked in around 6pm and by 11 we had already found a different hotel in the area and completely left. The parking down at that hotel is one of the worst in the area- the nice man that was helping us find a place insisted that we park up on the grass behind the giant dumpster and it was such a tight squeeze and we had a rental car so that was very stressful. Upon walking in, the young girl at the front desk was very unprofessional. Not warm and welcoming at all barely said two words to me did not explain any of the amenities of the property. It’s very dark and dingy as soon as you walk in. The elevators are terrifying. We got up to the room and the very cold fluorescent lights showed us how gross the room was. Stains on the comforter stains on the floor. The bathroom was disgusting. There were spiders everywhere and I mean everywhere. We looked at each other and we left to get food with our daughter while we discussed what we were going to do because unfortunately it’s not cheap to stay in downtown Niagara, but I could not foresee myself and my child sleeping in that room, so after dinner, we decided to move hotels. I’ve definitely stayed at budget hotels before and this was hands-down the worst. I think I’ve been in. 0 out of 10.
