Quality Hotel & Suites At The Falls

The only thing I disagree with is the breakfast they offer; it’s terrible—they shouldn't offer it.

The room was big and the hotel was convenient for our plans When I pulled into the parking lot there was absolutely no where to park, so I had to park illegally on the street just to check in. We arrived after 4 to check in and we were told that our room was not ready. I asked about parking and I was told that I had to park at the garage down the street and I was given a bar code to receive the hotel discount. I did not realize that they did not have on-site parking. After we parked and stood in line again to check in, I discovered that only one elevator was working. Had another nice long wait to get to our room. When we finally arrived at our room we had to move the cleaning cart because apparently that is the storage spot for the cart. Once in our room, the tub drain was broken, shower handle was broken, toilet paper holder was broken, the tub floor felt like it was about to crack, it took forever to get hot water and I had to clean big globs of black hair out of the tub before I could use the shower. That part was disgusting. We will not be staying here again. At least the morning staff was willing to listen and seemed to care.

Staff on front desk was friendly The rooms were very dirty—dust everywhere—and the toilet paper holder was literally falling off the wall. The pool was so filthy that the lights were probably turned off just so you wouldn't see the murky water. The breakfast was also disgusting; it’s a shame they serve people food like that.

The pool and hot tub was nice. Staff was friendly. Not well staffed for check in, no parking, had to park 2 blocks down the road. Breakfast was unorganized, not good selection.

The convenient location. Easy parking

The hotel has a great location. In the morning there were very long lines for breakfast and the staff did not have time to bring the food.

Exceptional

Staff was very helpful answering our questions about parking, and about where the bus would pick us up for our Niagara Falls tour. Beautiful pool. The gift shop in the hotel was very reasonably priced compared to the gift shops in the actual park. The only negatives I could think of was that there were some crumbs on the floor of the room, and the plug to the bathtub was broken, but we also didn’t mention this to the staff, given how friendly they were, thy likely would’ve offered solutions, but at the time it didn’t seem worth mentioning. Parking is a bit abysmal Overall, it was a very positive experience and we would highly recommend.

The room was clean and worth the price. It says there's parking, but there isn't. It's not a big problem, but you need to be honest about your services.

I like that it was really close to the State park Niagara It was not clean. The ac in our room was making so much noise. We had to change rooms at 2 in the morning. There was no staff and it was not clean. Sheets were dirty and smelly

The only good thing about this place is the location. It's filthy, the windows leaked, the air conditioners were very noisy, no hot water in our rooms, bartender never talked to us, served us and went back to shooting pool with his friends. The employees commented about nothing ever getting fixed. I would not stay again.
