Although the staff tried to be as helpful as possible, they were late checking us in after 4PM. When we arrived at the room, there were dirty socks under the pull out sofa. The shower and the rest of the bathroom were all on the same level causing the bathroom floor to flood. The sprayer in the shower was missing a handle. The coffee machine in the loibby was broken and the continental breakfast has 1 waffle maker for about 60 people at a time. The coffee in that area was just hot water. The pool had a closed sign, but it was open and they forgot to take down the sign. There are 2 food trucks in the parking lot that blare some kind of dance music. I was actually ok with that but the girl in front of me was complaining about it. Nearly $400 for one night. Extremely disappointed.

Very dirty floor and a pile of trash in the hallway

Parking was on two sides of a corner lot that did not offer a side door to alternate parking lot, so we had to walk with our bags over 200 feet to get to lobby. A/C worked extremely well with no issues. Restroom was small but had a nice heavy glass sliding door. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner mounted in the shower and plenty of towels. Sunk had issues draining, but eventually drained over a long period. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to us for parking while touring. Window to room was older and looked to need an upgrade or at least repairs, but was functional. Fridge was a bit larger than most hotels, but worked really well with narrow freezer section and plenty of space for our drinks and snacks. Beds were very sturdy and covers were clean and looked thin, but proved to be very cozy and comfortable. Pillows were much thicker than other hotels and comfortable. TV remote was not correct remote for TV, but allowed you to use up to 53 channels and more if you continued to try higher numbered channels. Location was absolutely amazing! We were about a 5-6 minute walk from the Niagara Falls National Park and plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. Definitely a place trying for a short period of time but also for the location so close to the park!

2. No water in room. No water on breakfest. Water just in lobby about half gallon. 3. No towels in room. When I called to front desk there said I must go to front desk. I ask delivery to room. After 15 min some one called me and said towels next of my door. When I open door towels on durty floor carpet with out any plastic bag. So be ready for that

It was the worst breakfast I ever had in the hotel. There was NO hot food (scrambled eggs, bacon, etc.). Just hard boiled eggs, muffins and yogurt. The line to make waffles was insane. Everything is so badly organized. The coffee is undrinkable too.

There is an employee who works the night shift (she has dark skin and wears braids), and the service is terrible; she has a bad attitude and treats all customers rudely. The parking situation is awful: they tell you where to park but don't mention that you have to pay. Also, a bathroom fixture was broken I had already cut my leg on it twice and asked for help fixing it, but they didn't help me replace.

The room mirror could be more clean. I found two spiders running around. I don’t like how swimming pool is up front where all guest walking in and out can see (lack privacy). When I book it says free parking, but it was first come first serve and we have to drove an hour looking for place to park. One reason I booked was free parking, since it’s easier to navigate with kids, but it make it difficult. Bathroom are too narrow. Bathroom door open right to toilet stalls. Breakfast line was too crowded. It could be more open for waffle stations.

Everything was great The location is perfect, But of course the hot tub was the main reason why I booked this location and the hot water wasn't working for my stay. Other than that it was great.

Room was clean , different places to eat only problem was parking

Staff was very good. Great breakfast.

The property is very run down, but once inside the room it was comfortable with nice beds, a cushioned chair, a desk chair and a mini-fridge. The bathroom door has swelled, so it stuck opening and closing. The location is great for walking to the falls, but don’t count on the onsite parking - the two lots are too small for the size of the hotel and overflow parking is either paid parking at a nearby hotel with in-and-out privileges or a nearby $20/day flat rate garage. The staff was cheerful and seemed eager to please.

When we checked in our rooms were not ready and we had to wait more than a half an hour in the small lobby for the rooms to get ready.
-
Great location for walking to both sides of the falls. Many different restaurants on surrounding streets. Areas of the building were pretty drab, but the room was nice and the bed was very comfy.

One of the worst experiences ever. Couldn't get checked in until after 4pm. You have to pay to park which was 30 dollars for one day for us. The breakfast was so pathetically bad. We weren't drinking but on a Saturday night the bar was closed before 10. The pool and hot tub was sub par at best. The jacuzzi in our room didn't work. Just an overall bad experience never going there again.

The property is clean, except for the stairwells. The rooms were clean, with comfortable mattresses. It is very close (<5 minutes) to the Niagara falls state park, with many restaurants around.
-
Hotel is walking distance to the park and in the middle of restaurant and retail district. The room was clean, amenities adequate and staff friendly.

Close to attractions. Comfy beds. Dirty. Too crowded. Out dated. Not enough parking.
