This is expected what I need it

The staff were SUPER helpful. We were traveling with our parents and had a long trip getting into Niagara. They were very understanding and offered early check in. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the property was walkable (10 mins or so) from/to the park and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to others.

I think the Breakfast was aweful and way overpriced. It was buffet. The eggs were cold and runny, the bacon was way under cooked and the hash browns were hard. The only thing that was good was the coffee and toast. For 2 guests the total was $39.98 + tip. At least we will know next time to go out and eat.

Mike allowed us to check in early because we were exhausted from a very early morning flight. Jeff and Sandra at the restaurant were amazing, they gave great recommendations and were very friendly. The food at the restaurant was fantastic and the bar prices were very inexpensive . The location was perfect, within easy waking distance of the falls and all the shops. We will definitely stay again if we make it back to the area.

We paid for a great hotel, what we got was a hotel that charges $20 a day for parking.

However, there were a couple of issues worth mentioning. The bathroom pipes make a loud gurgling noise whenever anyone on any floor flushes their toilet, which can be disruptive. Also, the room did not have a microwave — this was my oversight for not checking before booking, but it's the first hotel I've stayed at without one, so it's worth noting for other guests.

Walking distance to Niagara Falls but breakfast is not included. I will still recommend this hotel since it is neat and clean and you have an option to pay for the breakfast.
