    At first glance, the lobby gives the impression that it’s a modern, newer hotel. Unfortunately, that impression disappears as soon as you get off the elevator. The room itself was not clean. As soon as we arrived, we had to request new bed sheets because the ones on the bed had visible stains. The windows looked dirty and foggy, the furniture wasn’t properly cleaned, the floors were dirty, and there was debris along the edges of the room. Overall, the room did not feel hygienic. We also found flies inside the room on multiple occasions, which says a lot about the level of cleanliness. Another major disappointment was the parking. It makes no sense to charge guests $20 per day to park at the hotel. I booked through Expedia expecting to pay around $770, but after adding the parking fees, my total ended up being over $800. The breakfast is not included, which is already disappointing, but what really surprised me was that there is no daily housekeeping. If you’re staying fewer than three nights, your room won’t be cleaned unless you specifically request fresh towels or other service. Overall, this hotel looks much better online than it does in person. The lack of cleanliness, extra fees, and limited housekeeping made this a very disappointing stay. I would not choose to stay here again, and I cannot recommend it.

    Personal from bar was not really good. They don't know what sanitation is. They put their fingers in glasses and then gave people to drink from them, which is horrible. This is a terrible experience for me and my family. This is the first time I've seen something like this. Food in restaurant was good but stuff ...

    We moved in at 11pm and next day morning the staff was pushing us to vacate by 11am no extra time. The microwave was missing and coffee machine was broken. Hair dryer was not working either. We paid for parking and the parking lot was full. Over all it was not good. We have used Cambria in past and this was bad experience. Compare to other hotels this was bad experience.

    The pros are the proximity to the casino and to Niagara Falls; that's it. Oh and the beds were surprisingly comfortable! The check in staff was incredibly unhelpful, we booked as a friend group and tried to check in early and were able to (only about 30 minutes prior to check in time). Another party in our group was not able to even check in at check in time. So a few hours delay, thank goodness we had my room to hang out in. We tried being patient and graceful to the person who checked us in but it was done incorrectly, I was charged a parking fee (I DIDN'T HAVE A CAR). All three of our keys stopped working after one day (the staff blamed us). Because of the weird check in, we were not made aware that housekeeping did not visit us. One last thing, the locks on the doors had their covers coming off them so they could be easily tampered with and disarmed. If I had been traveling as a solo lady, I would have not stayed there. Please invest in better locks for the security of the guests I don't think I will choose to stay here again but like I said it was wonderful proximity to the attractions! The only staff highlight was a man named Jerry who was warm and inviting to my friends and who assisted me with reversing the parking fee I was incorrectly charged for.

    Finding a parking space was impossible. I finally discovered how to use the light switches at the last minute before we left. Not much information was given and while the stay was ok, as I had a place to sleep, I felt stressed the entire time. Next time I’ll just stay at a basic hotel. But the guys at the front were nice, even though their advice didn’t give much help. There was nothing they could do to make more parking spaces, though, so I did appreciate them trying to help.

    The hotel was clean however the shower had mold and there was a hair on our bed. The elevators needs to be cleaned often. It was not a good 1st impression into the hotel. Jerry the front desk staff was amazing. Very courteous and kind. He provided 1st class customer service.

    Received a room with the bathroom door not working and toilet flush not working. Upon request to provide a room with a functional bathroom, was told they didn't have any other room. Didn't expect this for $275 per night.

    Just a couple blocks from the river. Very easy to walk to state park. Clean new rooms. The surrounding area has restaurants. Not close to a grocery store.
