Room was clean Food was good 👍

When we arrived the staff was nice and very professional. We got to our room and my first thought was the view since it was a suite on the top floor. Went to open the shades and it fell apart. Being a previous maintenance guy I just fixed it instead of waiting or being moved to a different room. Once I fixed them the view of the river was great. Once we settled in some we noticed the robs were not in the room as the details stated. Had to ask the front desk and was told we’ll see if we have any left. 2 were eventually brought to the room. While sitting on the small hard sectional I noticed what looked like a booger on 1 of the pillows. That prompted me to start looking around more. I found cigarette burns on the couch and entertainment stand. Sticky residue on the outside of the entertainment stand and inside by the fridge. Older out of date fixtures throughout the suite and building. Outlets were loose and our chargers hardly worked when plugged in. Closet door latches were missing and doors kept opening. Mattress was too small for the bed frame. You could see parts of the structure underneath. The frame was also very noisy when moving around in the bed. Most of the controls for the jetted tub were faulty and did not work. On/off was the only functioning button on the control panel. Tub stopper was difficult to get to stop the water. Did not try breakfast due to dinner not being good.

The king size bed was horrible. Only one mattress and a wooden board. It was the worst I ever encountered. For what we paid for the room one would expect a good night sleep. It seems that the staff only vacuums what they can reach and does not move the table. The restaurant has good food but the staff in corner debating on who is working or going home. Staff disappears and you stuck sitting there and not getting the serivce or able to pay the bill. We also had to keep asking for toilet paper, extra towels

Rooms were spacious and the location was good. Very basic hotel, not a 4 star hotel definitely. Both rooms were not cleaned during our stay. No complimentary water in the rooms. The room didn't have a safe. Breakfast buffet is very bad and not worth the price at all. The hotel has no laundry services, which is really strange.

Nice hotel but for the price and brand name i expected a nicer mattress to sleep in. Mattress was stiff and thin and beds would move away from the headboard as you tossed and turned.

Great hotel in a perfect location. We stayed for 3 nights and the car did not leave the parking lot. We walked everywhere including the Canadian side of the falls. The room was clean. Breakfast was not included. There was however a restaurant. However we choose to get breakfast at the cute cafe down the street.

Staff was super helpful and it is well within walking distance from the falls

Convenient to do all things Niagara. Staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Love the warm cookies at check in. No faults

Good breakfast, easy walk to the Falls. Pool and jacuzzi area needed cleaning, sludge on the surface of the jacuzzi.

The hotel staff were all extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very close to the falls, about 15 minute walk!

I like the staff being very supportive and caring. I wish there was a light breakfast.

We had a great stay. The room was spacious, clean and had a great view of the river. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Location is Good. Friendly staff.
