The river view room had a great view, and the bed was comfortable. Furniture was warped and in poor condition- bed frame also was warped and noisy when you moved on it. Definitely not worth the expensive nightly rate! Breakfast was also way overpriced for the buffet, considering the quality and (lack of) variety. We didn't let the room dim our fun, but we were pretty disappointed in the condition. Especially at $350 a night...

But the warm chocolate chip cookies and friendly helpful staff, good breakfast buffet and close to the Niagra State Park were all bigger positives so they get 4 stars overall

We had the room with the jacuzzi tub in it would turn on automatically after using it the beds were no comfortable at all felt like sleeping on rocks staff were nice and polite

Loved the warm cookie at check-in, liked there was a restaurant and bar on property, loved that the carpet was new and not gross! The balcony was nice as well!

Hotel was beautiful, check in and check out super easy, everyone was very helpful. We enjoyed the pool. Kids were super happy! Wonderful stay! Cookies were delicious and best part!

I was surprised at how satisfied I was with this hotel. It is a 15 minute walk to Goat Island and the falls. A 10 minute walk to the free trolly and less to the casino. The room was decent in size with a balcony and the bed was very comfortable. The room was ready and for $35 we got in at 8:30am. The restaurant was pretty decent. The food wasn’t 5 star but good enough. The grounds in back provide a nice park with walking trails to the river. The elevator worked well and was fast. All in all a good stay.
