Kalika Hotel

The staff was hurried and unapproachable. Breakfast was minimal and crowded. Very limited parking, baby skunk by the overflowing dumpster.

No coffee in the room, no coffee in the common area outside of breakfast hours. No hot breakfast, no microwave in the room.

The staff was kind and helpful, no issues with checking in or out. In the room, it was very humid and there was mold in the shower. It also smelt like mildew throughout the room and felt very damp. Otherwise, the bed linens and towels were clean and the AC worked well. The breakfast was also a nice amenity and the selection was more than I was expecting.

Rate per night was good

no breakfast, it was just coffee and bread.

The great breakfast they talked about is cereal and plain bagels in a 6x12 room for the whole hotel to fit. Cable doesn't work.

Room is good , great location and price is affordable but poor service. If someone dont care about service its perfect . Overall its ok ✅

Parking is limited. Hair dryer did not work.

2. We faced issue with bathroom door -it is too tight so kids can't open and close it. 3. Free Breakfast is with limited options but I would say that is fine with this budget friendly Hotel. All other Hotels in the same area charging almost double for a free breakfast option. 4. Room has mini fridge, missing a oven in room. But we have a common Oven in the lobby incase wanted. 5. All the staffs I interacted with are very good persons helped in all concerns. 6. Overall, a budget friendly good hotel.

The breakfast options were very poor, and we were charged an additional fee for extending our checkout time. Unfortunately, the way we were treated by the staff during this process was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to families looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Niagara. Based on our experience, I strongly suggest considering other good Hotels.

WORST HOTEL EVER! There were kids above me who were jumping at 12:30am and at night I went to the front desk to let them know that there were kids who were jumping and I’m trying to go to sleep I drive 6 hours to come here. He started yelling at me saying there are kid three years old and I need to understand and said if I don’t like the hotel i can leave , he said he’ll kick me out or to go back to my room. He said he was a manager, but he’s clearly not Karen is the manager. The room was not clean. I want to upload pictures on here, but it won’t work. There were brown stains all over the pillows and blankets. They did not vacuum at all. The bathroom was absolutely dirty in hair everywhere. Breakfast was not the best either. My bread had mold on it. Absolutely horrible and I do not recommend. I stayed 2 days it was the worst days ever I won’t come there next years

Dirty and bad smell in room. Does not drain bathtub, no remote control runout breakfast front desk will not help when we report problems.

las camas son muy comodas, cuenta con buen parqueadero, cerca del parque, se puede ir a caminando, tiene piscina para los niños en buen estado, pero el desayuno no continental no es bueno, muy mal desayuno y si bajas tarde te quedas sin desayuno
