The property is very convenient and close to the nearby Falls and restaurants surrounding. I enjoyed the free parking and the friendly staff. The room was clean upon arrival. We stayed multiple nights but the room was not cleaned while we were out during the day which seems strange. We never ate the breakfast so not sure about that.

The bathroom had mold/mildew on the ceiling, the shower drained very slow so was left standing in water while showering, had to ask for washcloths as none were provided, the T.V. didn’t work, and breakfast was very limited.

Situated at the far end of Rainbow Street, this hotel offers plenty of parking. Uber rides from Niagra Falls Train Station cost around $13, and it's a convenient 20-minute walk to the "Maid of the Mist" ticket counter. While the room initially had a bad odor upon check-in, turning on the AC helped clear it up. However, the floor mats were soiled and definitely need a deep clean. If you plan on eating breakfast, go early—the dining space is quite small and gets packed by 8:00 AM.

Que descansamos. There were cockroaches and when we went out for breakfast but the receptionist failed to kick us out, we finished breakfast and we had to go to the bathroom being 9 in the morning and the delivery was at 11 and he got angry and said that we no longer had to be there, he went to the room to take us out when there were 2 hours left to deliver, I hope to receive my deposit.

Comfortable, clean room for a quiet stay. Parking lot is not gated and backs up to a poorly maintained residential alley. Not handicapped accessible, multiple stairs to climb to get from one area of the hotel to another. There was ONE mirror in the entire hotel room, located in the bathroom. No full length mirror or mirror located outside of the bathroom -- makes getting ready in the morning cramped when everyone is using one sink and one tiny mirror to get ready. Continental breakfast was mid at best. Bread, yogurt and cereal. Unimpressed. No vending machines, $2 cans of soda and $2 bags of chips for purchase in the lobby. Room had a mini fridge, but no microwave located in the room, there was a microwave down the hall near the ice machine. Inconvenient, No coffee pots in the room, coffee at breakfast is 4/10. Was unaware how ran down Niagara Falls, NY is. Overall underwhelmed.

The price-performance ratio is more or less fair. The room is nice. No luggage storage. No exceptions! Not recommended for international guests with luggage; furthermore, there is an additional charge of $20 per hour for early check-in and late check-out.

Good location, can walk to Niagara Falls, Seneca casino, most eateries and Welcome center. Quiet location, clean hotel, has ample parking. Owners let us leave our vehicle in the lot after we checked out so we could do the maid of the mist. Thought that was VERY NICE and was greatly appreciated! Tv channels were few, no news nor weather info channels. Breakfast options were few with few protein options: mostly breads, two cereals, apples, oranges, one small yogurt, and instant oatmeal. Might suggest refrigerated boiled eggs for a protein option.

Staff was not very cooperative. Breakfast timing was from 6:00 to 10 and they were out of most of the basic breakfast items like bagels, waffles, muffins, etc. When brought to the attention of the staff, they just ignored and did not respond in any way. Later on during checkout, when we complained, they just mentioned that they ran out of items. Also found cockroach in bathroom, bathroom sink did not have a plug. AC was not performing properly.

Checking in was easy , I like that there is breakfast included ,the only thing that I did not like was the bathroom shower drip on the floor bec the curtains is short with no magnet to stick to wall, the shower rods is doom shape that slips to the center, the bathroom rug was never changed though it is soaked wet from shower

The hotel is located within walking distance to the Casino various shops and restaurants. The breakfast was satisfying and plentiful. Perhaps a recommendation would be a clothes dryer. I had some wet items to dry from our excursion on the Maid of Mist boat ride, cave of winds and hurricane deck.

A basic, neat and clean hotel with no frills.
-
The staff was rude over messages.
-
Prime location. Tea available ( especially Indian kind of tea) even though it is dip-dip tea - it was a blessing to have it ready when ever we needed Cleanliness inside the rooms.
-
The room was okay, just enough space. Breakfast was terrible, with very minimal choices. it was mostly sugary cereal and a limited warm breakfast. Everything from breakfast to the room, there was no complementary water bottle.
