The smell in the room

Very good

The breakfast was great. The people who work in that area really work hard. The location was great too cause you could drive within minutes or walk 15 mins which wasn’t bad either. The price when I booked it was good too! The only thing I didn’t like is that in the booking pictures the pool looks very different. The pool did not look good or clear. Someone told us it’s cause they have salt water and chlorine in it. Idk it just didn’t look good. I was looking forward to going into the pool but ended up not after it looked cloudy and off color. Also, I was under the impression that you could see the Niagara Falls views or park from what I saw on booking.com. It felt like it gave a little misrepresentation. The other thing is most hotels I have stayed at breakfast is until 10. Here it was until 9.

The hotel itself was good. The issue is the location and surrounding. The area it is in is very run down and sketchy. not much they can do about that.

The pool was alot smaller than perceived in pictures and was always full of kids. They need an adult time 10-12 so everyone gets to relax.

The staff was pleasant. And did a good job of keeping the breakfast area clean and well-maintained. There was a funky smell in the area between the two doors.

The room was clean I chose this hotel only because they advertised for EV chargers! and shocked when I realized it was totally lie!

good bed and good hot water the pillows were the old foam filled ones. NO kettle and everything for breakfast was thrown away. No plates or cutlery and the water pressure was low. The heated pool was cold

The staff was amazing. Very pleasant every time they saw us with a greeting. Housekeeping only comes every other day.

The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was standard fare for this type of hotel. The main reason we chose this hotel is the convenient location near downtown Niagara and the Falls. It's just one block from the park adjacent to the Niagara River and you can follow the promenade along the river watching the rapids increase as you approach the actual falls. The hotel is along a main busy street and feels a bit isolated. The neighborhood seems safe enough during the daytime, but a little sketchier at night.
