Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Niagara Falls

We understood the every-other-day schedule, but even one of those scheduled partial-service days was missed completely. Since we were traveling with a young child, regular trash removal, fresh towels, and basic room servicing were important. For a Marriott-branded hotel, I expected better housekeeping service and more consistency. If full-service cleaning is not offered during the stay, the limited service they do provide should at least be completed as scheduled.

This is a decent property for the price. The breakfast is basic and standard fare, room was clean and functional. Staff is courteous and helpful.

The breakfast was great and the pool was a nice addition. It’s located conveniently near Niagara falls park and other hotels. The area around the hotel was a little shabby.

Very nice hotel, breakfast was nice and had a lot of options, walking distance to all attractions, parking is an additional charge.

Big room with 2 queen beds, very big clean bathroom . Parking is available on site with additional charges. 15 mins walk from Niagara falls national park. Safe surroundings. Amazing breakfast. Near to many restaurants. Hotel is not very close to the fall, shuttle service will be helpful.

I think you could include more variety for breakfast

Large room, very comfortable beds and pillows!!! Close to Niagara Visitor Centre. 10 minutes by car. Acceptable breakfast. Parking place at the hotel. It costs. Friendly staff. The internet was very very bad.

Everything seemed fine, but we encountered a serious problem at check-in: we were told that the room would only be cleaned every three days—something inconceivable. I have never seen this at other hotels I’ve stayed at, and it is even worse for a Marriott. Unacceptable.

The front desk staff was not very helpful the manager was. There was no water to fill up a reusable water bottle except a drinking faucet in the gym with a slight stream or the bathroom sink. Bottles for close to 4.00 each for sale of course. The drink dispenser in food area not set up for filling up a bottle either. Housekeeping was helpful and the breakfast staff. Property walking distance to the Falls. That was excellent. The casino across the street was fine some nicer restaurants. It was a great trip overall.

Nice and simple. Great for a family on a budget. I like a higher-class hotel.
