My family and I are very grateful for the time we spent in this beautiful hotel and everyone was very nice and friendly!

Breakfast was the highlight of the stay. The room looks updated but the bathroom door was warped and scratching the ground. The grout was gross and the ceilings showed some mold. Granted no where is perfect, the attention to detail was lacking by the staff. When we check in, some girl was putting her work shirt on right behind the counter, it was odd. We used the hotel pack and play and it was old and dirty, they really need upgraded and cleaned. For a Hampton, it was less maintained than I’ve ever stayed in.

Just looks like it needs a good deep clean. Elevators had a bad smell with dirty carpet.

Horrible stay . Check under your sheets !! They do not clean their sheets properly they all have stains that are so dirty and red spots all over the sheets and siding of the bed . Brought it to their attention and only got a small discount and barely any empathy about this it seems like a common issue for them so they don’t care! Do not stay here with your family my kids skin was itching them after this 1 night stay on these filthy sheets . Older rooms . Older bathrooms .breakfast was a joke & they make you pay extra for their crappy breakfast ! Save yourself the hassle go to a Hampton or something . Only good thing was the location. Other than that stay away from this place . The pictures they have advertised is not even how it looks it’s much older . Will not recommend ever .

breakfast, the woman in charge of keeping the food stocked was great, great attitude, friendly, exactly the right person for the job the room smelled funny when we entered i couldn't tell from what, but it made me wonder if the room had been sprayed with something to cover animal odor. I'm not saying that's what it was, but the room definitely had a funny smell

The Hampton software was down when I reached the hotel. They asked me to come back at 9pm! There were 2 hamptons in Niagara and I went to the wrong one. There was no way to know that because the software was not working and I couldn't attempt to checkin but left my baggage at the wrong location. I later found out around 10pm that I left my luggage at wrong location and had to drive all the way to fetch my baggage and then checkin to the correct one.

Although we had to pay for pakring, it was only $10/day and there was enough parking despite the hotel being almost at no vacancy from what I could gather (it was a Canadian holiday?). The room was spacious and in an emergency, the king bed was just what we needed for a family of three. The bed was also comfortable. Hot water came instanly in the shower which was really nice despite being on one of the top floors. There were coffee stations outside of the designated breakfast area which was nice. The staff was very helpful at this location as well which was probably the best aspect of the stay. The locaiton of this hotel is around a 10-15 minute walk from the Niagara State Park, and another 10 minutes or so walk to the pedestrian entrance for the Rainbow Bridge. Definitely doable for most people, which I was grateful for. The breakfast was awful. I wish the facilities were better suited for a better quality breakfast items, food safety, and just presentation of the food. It all looked like prepackaged things just heated up and then placed on a table. It also did not taste good. I had to book this hotel as an emergency and one of the split second decising factors was free breakfast. I only drank the coffee out of pure need for it. As for the room, its your typical greige hotel room. Two things were broke in the room when I arrived, which I later notified the staff about as I feared I would have to pay for it. The decoration curtains and the shower head pole were coming off. Not major issues for the stay but definitely adds financial anxiety for an already expensive stay. Overall, I thought my stay was decent and it was a better stay than the airbnb that I had to promptly cancel due to safety concerns.

Didn’t appreciate the daily parking fee for the open lot and site says free WiFi . Only free if you join honors program otherwise $4.99 daily. Misleading .
