Hampton Inn Niagara Falls

I stayed the night at Hampton Niagra New York on July 1-2nd and I paid in advance for a room with 2 queen beds. When I arrived, the room I was given was just 1 king bed. When I told the desk agent, she told me they had “oversold” for the night and the king bed room was all they had left. While the desk agent was very nice, this completely ruined my family’s stay and made us very uncomfortable. I would never had stayed there if I knew we would be given only 1 bed. I feel I should be compensated in some way for this.

All of the staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a lot of options but does get very busy. Loved the pool are with towels provided. Room was clean but some things could be fixed/repaired (shower pieces falling off), water pressure in shower kept turning completely off during my shower then coming back on.

Room was nice, breakfast was good. 15 minute walk to the Falls

Nice hotel. Walkable distance to falls. When I requested for early in. The staff provided the vacant room. Overall nice stay!

Good location, nice breakfasts, clean, good service and friendly staff. When you are inside of your room you can hear voices from other rooms and the corridor.

Hotel muy limpio, habitanción amplia. Queda apróximadamente a 20 minutos de las cataratas caminando. Lo único que no me gusto es que cobran el estacionamiento.

Place was conveniently located. Clean and free breakfast is a plus.

Easy access to Niagara Falls. Everything was within walking distance. Breakfast can be improved. Eggs were a little watery. Meat options were good. The third option was the same 2 out of the 3 days. Needs a little variety.

Was definitely a good value for the price. The breakfast could have been better. There did not seem to be a good flow. There was a very long line of people waiting to make waffles and that line was blocking all the other food items.

I liked that most of the attractions were walkable from the hotel. All of the unexpected fees once you receive your bill. Resort fees, parking fees and such.
