Property was close to Niagara falls, attractions, and downtown. The property staff were gracious and helpful as we arrived late and had multiple pets. We were made to feel comfortable with a clean room and bathroom. They had a professional on property to explain the various options while visiting the park that made our short stay memorable and relaxing. I enjoy staying at Hampton Inns throughout the US when traveling with family whether for a day or more. Theyir price point , amenities, and locations make our experience and stays enjoyable.

Nothing Very disappointing experience. We booked a two-queen room but were given multiple incorrect room assignments, keys that did not work, and were eventually told around 11 PM to leave a room that the hotel staff had assigned to us. We were traveling with an infant, yet no one apologized or took responsibility for the confusion. We paid nearly $800 for the stay and expected much better service.

Room was clean and in a great location for our visit to Niagara. Parking was l little tight

Fantastic location, the beds were really comfortable, coffee all times is available, free parking even the day you check out The hotel room was a bit old, breakfast was a little poor. Cleanless in general was OK, but if you are a little sensitive to the details you could be uncomfortable. Value for the price is a little unbalanced, but that’s the nature of niagara i guess.

Location The plugging between the beds? Did not work. One of them by the TV had half of a plug stuck in it.

We stayed in room 522; for USD 250, this place is not worth it. I recomend a different hotel.

Location great Dirty carpet in rooms, was gross - this is a dog friendly hotel... put in plank or wood floors . They have no animal free rooms available. When booking through this app this should have been disclosed. Also breakfast was sub standard for 300 a night .

Delicious breakfast as well so 5 stars all the way.
