Wingate By Wyndham Niagara Falls

Top location. From the side of the hotel you can easily get to Niagara falls park. There are stairs too. From the street in front of the hotel also short walk to the other side of Niagara falls park close to the bridge to Canada. The room was really large and decently furnished. The breakfast was not bad. It exceeded the expectations. The staff at the reception was nice and professional. Free parking. Easy access to the parking lot thru a side door. It was relatively clean but not quite. I wouldn't say spotless, sparkling or fresh unfortunately.

The reason I like this Hotel during stay for my family vacation. Outstanding service. All the staffs from front desk and all the staffs from the floor, breakfast room. Outstanding service. I would love to stay again my next visit. Thanks to all .

It was close to the falls. It needed to be cleaner in the public spaces. The WiFi did not work good enough. The bathroom needs to be upgraded.

The room was dirty and there was mold growing on the shower wall. The place just needs a major clean. I would have stayed at the Cambria next door if I could have done it again.

Wrongly assigned a room occupied by another guest; embarrassed knocking on the door of the room you were assigned and given keys to. Room service is every 3 days. Parking lot door lock doesn’t work for many days and have to take main entrance. Safe box in the room did not work and the staff couldn’t fix it

The only thing we liked was the location was pretty good. The room had a terrible odor. The floors were sticky and dirty. The shower had mold all over the grout lines. Only 3 or 4 channels on the TV worked. I think it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed.

Parking is extra $11 per day, breakfast is okay, Location is good 15mins walk to Maid of Mist, staff is friendly, when you enter premises lot of cigarettes smell

Location Staff not good .

$25 per night parking fee. Lobby was clean and well maintained but not the hallways or the room. Curtains and lamp had pizza sauce or what appears to be rust stains, black mold in the bath room. Doors chipped and painted over. The suite had 3 beds in two separate rooms, air conditioned, and beds were comfortable. It was the redeeming qualities if you can overlook the rest.
