Definitely needs a little love and updates. Relatively clean...but in need of repairs.

Worse experience ever, door handles

Extremely dirty hotel. Not maintained at all. Unprofessional and rude staff.

Our room floor was dirty too. Our door doesn’t lock and they didn’t fix it. Staff nice and good breakfast

Mild mannered. The room was dusty and unkept.

There were a lot of things I didn't like here. The breakfast wasn't tasty, the pool was dirty and it was very hot inside, and the rooms weren't clean.

The sink was blocked and stinky.

The staff were all nice. The hotel could definitely be cleaner. The location is great.

This is not what it appears but if you want a decent breakfast and a place to rest your head while being 15 mins walking from the most spectacular sight in the world. It will do. Park and don’t move your vehicle because you won’t get another spot that you have to pay for. It is almost 23$ for parking and also bring a towel. Otherwise, just remember they are overworked and just doing their job here. Be nice and enjoy every thing it has to offer in the surrounding area. Indian, Shawarma and many different varieties of food nearby.

When we left early in the morning for sightseeing and returned around 3:00 p.m., our room still had not been cleaned. Overall, the staff seemed unhelpful, and the service was disappointing. In addition, the hallways felt sticky and unclean, which made the hotel appear poorly maintained.

The breakfast choices are not enough. No toothbrush toothpaste

No problems with staff. Every staff member was amazing, checkin was smooth, breakfast was hot and fast and air-conditioning worked fine. Had a great time. We did spend a bit of downtime in the room and the internet connection didn't allow us to use subscriptions limited to regular tv. It was fine as it did what we needed. Would stay again.

There was not enough seating for breakfast.

Bathroom was not clean . Staff cleaned up after we requested them. AC was making constant noise during entire stay and staff could not help about it even after acknowledging the problem. They did not relocate us to another room. Breakfast selection was average but credit to staff here they made sure food is resupplied inspite the rush for breakfast.

The room, bathroom were really dirty. The bathroom had a broken handle and also saw a small roach in the bedroom. It was okay but wouldn't stay here again especially for the price. The only thing going is the location

WiFi wasn’t working

The hallways were also very dirty, with visible hair, dust, and debris throughout. The stairways were in the same condition and looked as though they had not been swept or vacuumed for quite some time. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance made the stay unpleasant and did not meet basic expectations for a hotel. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made to housekeeping and overall maintenance.
