Close enough to walk everywhere: the Falls & fireworks, casino, a couple of museums and lots of restaurants. TV was broke, hairdryer was broke, phone was broke, elevator (more often than not) was out of order, lots of mold and our key cards had to be reprogrammed just about every time we left & came back. I don’t have a cell phone, but was told I must have gotten close to someone with one, which is why our cards quit working. The worst was simply the FILTH everywhere. We are retired and live on a very tight budget. Therefore, we are use to staying in lower starred places. However, we will never refer anyone to this place.

It was within walking distance of the falls, park, Maid of the Mist and some local eateries. Staff was very friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. The hallways and elevators are kind of dirty. Just needs a good sweep. Noise level in the room from upstairs was loud but it didn’t disturb our sleep.

Close to everything . The hospitality. Was good . Food was good The bathtub the water drained very very slowly . The room had big . yellow stains on the drapes . Hair was all on the floor and in bathtub . Under the cabinet was dusty and dirty. The bathroom door look like been busted up and tried to fix it up that didn’t work it looked raggedy. The closet door were you put your jackets ETC. I had to lift the door up and over to open it it was wiggly and half way off the hinges. I stay before it was fine in the room . But this time not so good .

It did have a pool and breakfast and an affordable price for the area. Too bad the corporate owners don’t invest in the care and maintenance.

Location only No house keeping until 3 days Terrible Breakfast and absolutely rude staff running the breakfast facility The front desk people are least bothered about your stay.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was not clean, and there was a lot of noise, making it very difficult to sleep and relax. The worst part was the lack of regular room cleaning during our multi-night stay. If you are planning to stay more than one night, I recommend bringing your own cleaning supplies and basic necessities because you may not receive proper housekeeping service. The location is very convenient and close to Niagara Falls, but the location alone does not make up for the poor cleanliness, excessive noise, and inadequate housekeeping. My advice: I would not recommend staying here for more than one night, and honestly, I would not choose this hotel again.

I think the hotel needs more staff to maintain the cleanliness of the place. Breakfast was decent but overall it is underwhelming.

, spots on curtains. Had to pay for WI-FI, to sign up and then had a fee to cancel within a week. I thought for the price, not worth it. Only good thing was location, perfect.

The room needed a serious cleaning. The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet and bathtub had brown stains. I had to purchase cleaning products and clean the bathroom myself. The hotel's white towels became black after I used them to clean. My guests experienced allergic reactions and were bitten. The pool water looked brownish and had visible debris floating in it. The pool room was extremely hot. Then there was the behavior of the kitchen staff (Tall man and short Indian lady). The kitchen staff were rude and unprofessional toward me and my family, and I felt that some of their treatment may have been racially motivated. Again, I cannot prove their intentions, but that was the impression their behavior left me with. What concerns me about the cleanliness issue is that the staff appeared to already know about it. We were told about the 30-minute housekeeping limit, told that sheets are only changed when necessary, and told that housekeeping mainly removes trash. also given the impression that staff agreed with us about the filth. If the hotel knows the rooms are not being thoroughly cleaned, then management needs to fix the problem. Customers should not be expected to accept filthy rooms because employees stated they are not given enough time to clean them. The kitchen staff, specifically, failed to provide that level of professionalism in our interactions. If the staff already knows the rooms are filthy, then this is not simply an isolated housekeeping mistake. AC perfect
