Very bad customer service. Employees are not nice not professional. ( especially front desk employees) I asked one extra towel they said why ? .Room was leaking I complained. I’m not recommended.

This hotel is currently undergoing building work which we were not aware of prior to arriving. When we arrived we originally thought it wasn’t open. The staff were not always friendly and we were disappointed that the hotel bar closed at 10pm.

First, a massive booking discrepancy occurred: Expedia listed breakfast for 5, but the hotel only honored it for one, forcing me into an hour-long customer service battle with Expedia. Second, the room was poorly maintained: the bathroom sink was filthy, the shower knob was broken (and left unfixed due to "missing parts"), and we were shorted on towels. Most critically, the AC failed during a 90°F heatwave, keeping our room a stifling 75–78°F. To top it off, the breakfast bistro was painfully slow and kept forgetting our orders, despite being nearly empty. The property is under renovation and the staff generally felt checked out. The only saving grace was the front desk agent at arrival; when he realized Expedia booked 5 people into a room with just two queen beds, he kindly upgraded us to a room with a pull-out sofa. Aside from his effort, the stay was unacceptable.

This hotel was in a total remodel. Mo trained staff in the evening to bartend or cook food on the menu. They did not have items and didn’t know how to make a simple drink like a gin and tonic. No pinot Grigio. Breakfasts went a lot better. Pool was cold. Honestly, they just weren’t prepared for people staying there. Has potential though. Beautiful walk to the falls from the hotel

The hotel was under construction so the lobby and surrounding areas were not up to par. The room was fine and clean but the swimming pool was freezing. The kids were shivering. Also, there wasn’t a clock in the room.

The hotel is under a major renovation. Basically in the middle of construction site. Room temp was never under 72 even though it was set for 67. They did not have change for the laundry machine and sent me to a bank 10 minutes away to get change. No big deal, but I expected more…

when I chose 6 people, this room should not be part of recommendations. I had to ask for extra Bedding for kids to accommodate. Since the room is not big enough, it was so congested. Bathroom door was not latching properly, toilet flush does not work properly, Bathroom basics like Tooth paste and brush I had to go and ask at the Front desk. Even the complimentary water bottles too. Room Price is expensive for Hotel that does not have Parking and there is some construction going on at the entrance. Overall it was jus Okayish for a nigh stay as it is close by to Niagara falls park, besides that there is nothing pleasant about this hotel.

The room was fine and the location was good. Did not know the hotel was under maintenance. The whole place was a mess with a bunch of guys at the entrance. I did not feel comfortable as a female. It took away from anything on the outside of the hotel. The place to eat was horrible and expensive and the lady working was rude and had no customer service skills.

We stopped in to enjoy the falls and the area. Upon arrival we found the hotel was under major renovations. The hotel was very short staffed and while the staff was trying it ultimately caused a start to a less than pleasant stay. Location was, o.k., and fairly walkable but not great. Elevators were spotty, no amenities besides an onsite bar/ restaurant. The bar was ok but huge prices for reheated food that came out cold the first time. Staff said it was equipment issues. Overall, for the hotel was ok but not great. I'd go elsewhere for the money.

Location That’s All No air conditioner for 5 days. Reported to staff numerous of times. Room temperature 75 degrees everyday but their lobby cool for them. Front desk never answered phone and suppose to be 24 hours staff. No Wifi said to many people on. LOL

The staff was great at the bistro and check in Didn't know hotel under construction and we had no air conditioning in our room. Had to use 2 fans.

I had to sleep on the floor because there weren’t enough beds even though I booked for 7 people. No one would reach back out to me aside from an automated email that I couldn’t respond to. Sleeps 7 should mean there are enough beds for 7 people
