Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino

Seneca is very nice hotel. It reminds of of the nicer hotels in Atlantic City. The location is great. Our purpose was to experience the falls from the NY side and all of that is easy walking distance of the hotel. The food choices are good excellent. We cannot think of anything that we did not like about the hotel.

The restaurants are very unorganized! The first night ate at the buffet and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time in a line to pay only to have to wait again to be seated. Food was barely okay. The next night we tried to eat at the Asian restaurant. Again waited a ridiculous amount of time in line only to be told if we didn’t have reservations it would be about 2 hours before we could be seated. Left that line to try to just get a sandwich at the cafe only to find another ridiculously long line. We finally just left and ate outside the hotel. Also, the worst casino I have ever been to for paying out.

The stay and staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. I didn't like the smell from the smoking section of the casino because you could smell it when you entered the hotel but not in the elevators and the rest of the hotel.

Great size of the room,storage. Plugs near the bed and the view. Good variety of food separate dressing table safety. The time restaurants closed. It would be beneficial if a sauna and steam room were fitted

Smells like cigarette smoke and room key didn’t work 7 times. Needs to clean all windows and surfaces

I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. You truly can’t go wrong! 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed one night and the room was perfect with an amazing view of the falls. I would come back again.

Exceptional

I requested if I could use a hair dryer and shower facilities in a common restroom after checkout! They said they would not provide any of those facilities. I had a whirl pool ride at 11 am, I was thinking to go back to hotel for a quick shower that’s all. I was very excited for my stay at Seneca based on their brand name, but it didn’t turn out as expected because staff were not supportive for anything.

our room was located on the 19th floor facing the Niagara Falls. The room was clean & comfortable. we tried one of the restaurant the food was ok. Long walk from garage with our luggage to the reception was tiring. our window was not clean enough to see clear at night. The staff was not very helpful.

Love Seneca Niagara! Beautiful hotel, clean, friendly. Free drinks while in casino and machines let you play. This is our favorite place!

My only concern qas the AC, i told them ahead of time that we need en AC that works properly but in this case it didn’t. Other than that everything was fine.
