Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino

Room was clean and well maintained.

We found we really like the side facing Canada better. We ended up staying again two weeks later.

The room was pretty basic with outdated furniture; the mattresses were pretty warn out and the pillows are uncomfortable. Bathroom lacked any hotel shampoo or body wash, the shower door is about to fall. They also charge $2 for a small bottle of water in room. Families be aware.

Room was spacious and clean. Walking distance to everything.

Great property. Not so much the staff. They need to be retrained. Lacked courtesy universally. No clarifications on questions.

We stayed for an entire week, but housekeeping came only once, and even then, they only replaced the towels. There was no proper cleaning or regular housekeeping service throughout our stay. For the amount of money we paid, the service was absolutely not worth it. It felt like a waste of money, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting good customer service, cleanliness, and proper hospitality.

No microwave available. Otherwise very nice.

The resort is very nice and the view of the USA side of Niagara Falls is very nice!!!

Excelente ubicación y todo súper lindo, la vista desde mi habitación era excelente, podíamos ver las Cataratas y hasta pudimos ver los fuegos artificiales, todo súper accesible y acogedor!

We will not stay there again due to them having the cheapest possible toilet paper which my wife especially through was ridiculous!

The hotel was great until we got into the room and didn’t have Internet access. The TV barely worked didn’t have phone reception lights and certain plugs did not work. It seemed like they gave us the room that was just all messed up but overall a beautiful place hopefully we get a better room next time.

Very good hotel the only thing I wasn’t expecting was the smell of cigarettes but that’s just me

Amazing place, the kids and us had a great time The smoking casino is weird. It doesn’t bother you but why do you need it

The rooms are big . The location is great, 10-15 min walk to the Niagara Falls state park and restaurants area. The stuff was extremely helpful when we forgot something in the room There was heavy smoking odor in the lobby from the casino . And at the rooms the air felt a bit heavy.

The cook at the burger restaurant called me a liar and that he had given me my fries and he didn’t.

We like everything, we would stay there again next year.

Clean and close to everything Nothing

Close to the Falls and rainbow bridge Very walkable for area attractions My plane was delayed 9 hours and I didn't get in till after 1 am staff could not have been any nicer. There is nothing negative i can say
