Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino

Gave me wrong room I booked and was told they didn’t have one I booked available

We thoroughly enjoyed our spacious king suite on the twenty-sixth floor with a great view of the city and Canadian side of the falls. We were in walking distance of the State Park, shopping and restaurants. The Steakhouse, casino and indoor pool were nice additions to the resort. The staff were fantastic!

The room was clean. Check in was 4 pm and we didn’t get the keys until 5:30. The safety lock on the door was broken. The coffee maker was broken. There was no microwave for heating any leftovers. There were pictures missing from the walls. The king size bed had metal coming out of the side. No usb ports for charging. Had a great view from the 19th floor. The restaurants were great. Casino was excellent. The falls were a 10 minute walk or you could take a shuttle. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights.

Italian and three sisters were unbelievable good food. Three plates and previously mentioned restaurants the staff was awesome - friendly and very helpful. Casino was terrible. Music too loud and obnoxious for the crowd. Hopeless were all around and in the hotel and casino. Casino staff not very friendly.

The room was spotless and beautiful. Employees were extremely helpful and kind. Would definitely stay again!

Breakfast buffet not so good. Everything else was great very clean . Awsome experience

Easy online check in, huge room with views over Canada. Became a member of the social club and received a free buffet meal. Great pool and gym facilities, and a 10 min walk to Rainbow bridge and Niagara Park

I will definitely go again. The staff was nice and respectful. Lots of restaurants, spa, indoor pool,salon and plenty of games to play at the casino. The hotel room was beautiful, free cable,free wifi, mini fridge, no microwave. We got one bedroom king size bed with smoking room. There is so much to do in Niagara Falls. It was a blast.

Everything was great except the second hand smoke smell permeating into our nonsmoking room.

Very nice staff, clean room, amazing buffet

We visited on a very busy weekend at the casino and despite the craziness the room was clean, staff were excellent and valet parking was free as the parking lots were closed to setup 4th of July fireworks.

definitely a repeat visit! machines were active and staff over the top! will need to see much more in the future! big thumbs up! My wife who typically is bored by many things enjoyed our short time immensely

While the casino and restaurants are very well staffed, wish there were a few more staff on ground to help with questions regarding directions, amenities and other room related assitances. Overall, a very good two night stay for us.

Rude. Room smell of cigarettes.

I had a very disappointing stay here and would not recommend this hotel. The rooms were in poor condition and had a strong unpleasant smell. The carpets looked extremely old, stained, and unclean, making the entire room feel poorly maintained. The customer service was even worse. The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. I had an Instacart order arriving and simply asked if they could hold it for me until I got back, but they refused and told me I had to return within two hours to pick it up or risk losing the package. There was no effort to accommodate a reasonable request. Housekeeping was another major issue. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay, and when I requested housekeeping, the staff acted as if I was inconveniencing them. To top it off, they wouldn’t even offer a simple one-hour courtesy late checkout, despite my request. Overall, the hotel feels outdated, poorly maintained, and lacks even basic customer service. There are much better options available for the price. I would not stay here again.

Nice, clean, well maintained rooms. No poker room.

Not as clean as the pictures, also last min pool closer for a party. Should have informed us when it happened.

The Bathroom shower & the lighting in the bathroom, as well as the make up mirror were extra special for me. The hotel was clean and the staff addressed ant issues we may have had immediately. And they staff went above and beyond to serve our needs.
