all inside the room is too old, beds very bad, showers are broken carpet may 30 years old, at office the odor is too bud, all that motel need to remodeling, may people came seek if continuing to stay in that condition. the owner don't put attention they don't about it.

Very disappointing experience. The air conditioning barely worked, and there was a strong unpleasant smell in the room. The room and overall maintenance need significant improvement. Some decorative elements, including the chandelier, had visible mold. Definitely not what I expected from a hotel.

The hotel was poorly maintained, dirty, filthy, floor was soft and dipping in areas on the second floor and we were afraid to step in areas fearing that we would fall through it. Druggies everywhere. Windows broke, locks on windows were broke, air conditioner had mold everywhere throughout it we couldn't even use it as it smelled so bad. There were cracks in the door. This place needs condemned. We will never ever recommend or stay here again. Management was rude.

The staff were helpful and easy place for all the attractions.

A/C unit made horrible noises. Guests in room above us were obnoxiously loud until after 1am. Finally had to ask the manager to talk with them which helped a little. Strange clicking and creaking noises from the building structure all night. Not a great part of town, my wife said she would not go to the car right across the parking lot alone. We may go back to the area, we will not be going back to that hotel.

The room was dark, damp, and had a noticeable moldy odor. The walls and furniture were old, worn, and unclean, making the room feel poorly maintained. While the motel was conveniently located near Niagara Falls, it was situated in a very rundown area. At the time, I was helping my daughter move home after graduating from college, and all of her belongings were packed in our rental vehicle. Given the condition of the property and the surrounding neighborhood, I did not feel comfortable leaving the car unattended overnight. The online photos were not representative of the actual property, including the lobby. Upon arrival, I was surprised to see a protective security shield surrounding the front desk clerk, which immediately raised concerns about the property's environment and security. I also spoke with the motel manager before leaving. She mentioned that she had a daughter as well and understood why I had decided not to stay. Despite acknowledging my concerns and the fact that we vacated the room immediately without using it, neither the motel nor Expedia was willing to issue a refund. That outcome was extremely disappointing, particularly given that the property did not match the expectations created by its online listing.

The floor mat was dirty and sticky, and the room had an unpleasant odor. The coffee machine had not been cleaned; it still contained a used tea bag left by the previous guest. The table lamp was not working, and all of the lights were connected to a single switch, so there was no option to use only a dim light at night.

Smell not good
-
Noisy and dirty.
-
Good location for Niagra Falls, secure parking lot, simple accommodations, and the price was right. It appears to be a well managed facility.

Very disappointing stay. The room was not properly sanitized, and there was a noticeable unpleasant smell throughout the room. The coffee maker was dirty and didn’t work, which showed a lack of proper housekeeping and maintenance. Cleanliness should be a basic standard for any hotel, but unfortunately, this property did not meet that expectation. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

Place was so disgusting, I booked a different hotel and to the $184 loss

Experience was terrible staying in this property. rooms were dark & stinking, beds very uncomfortable. Only positive part was it was 7-8 mins walk to Niagara falls & parking was free.
-
Comfort and staff Location, a lot of walking which is fine. So many abandoned places between room and falls.

The bed linen is very dirty. The smell in the room is terrible.
