At the last moment, they called me and shifted us to another hotel which is very low quality. We are really disappointed.

We initially booked Ramada which was walking distance to the falls but Ramada moved us to the best western plus at the last minute which was a very old run down hotel and was about 10 minutes drive from the falls. We were very disappointed with the location and the hotel. I contacted the hotel and booking .com to see if we can get a refund for one night coz we had to book a hotel on the falls since best western was so far away and we did not have no views. We paid a lot of money to have this vacation and we were very disappointed with our accommodation we were put into. We did not come to Niagara Falls to look at Tim Hortons building. We are still waiting to see if booking. Com or Ramada will give us a refund. We still did not get any response about the refund from either yet.

This review is actually for the Days Inn since we got switched from the Ramada Inn we reserved for, a week before our stay. The Days Inn location is great, one block right after the top of Clifton Hill, close to everything but far enough from the crowds and noise. Room was clean and spacious though furniture seemed dated everything was clean and functional. When we got switched from the Ramada Inn we lost the breakfast included feature of our stay, even though they had a “Breakfast Buffet “ for purchase at the Days Inn they responded that they didn’t had a restaurant on site: “Hello Miguel, Our property does not offer any breakfast as we no have any on-site restaurants. “

Great staff dinning room for breakfast. Ramada transferred our reservation to Days In last minute because of flood evacuates from the government. Days In was not up to our expectations, lock us from our room the last night, we had to ask every day for towels, toilet paper, etc. Ramada did nothing to compensate.

Upon check-in, we were asked if we had a car, since the hotel charges for parking (and takes down the license plate numbers of the cars of guests). Despite not having a car, I was still charged for parking. However, I didn't realize until after we left the hotel because the receipt was sent to me via email, rather than printed out. The staff fixed the issue as soon as I called, but it was frustrating, especially when I had already told them I didn't have a vehicle.

Rooms were rented for my wife and family visiting from Czech Republic, they liked the hotel. Although booking was reflecting it, breakfast should be included, ANY hotel includes it nowadays. Ramada isn't going to go broke for 5 coffees and croissants. Very displeasing thing is to be charged $24 for parking, ?????, Who charges for parking in a Hotel???, not even in Manhattan !!!! Correct those two things and people will have a better experience, that leads to more referrals.
