The location of this hotel is perfect it walking distance of all of the attractions but still distant enough from the crowds on the main street. The staff was very polite as well.

The location, free breakfast and free parking. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. The location is awesome. Short walk to Clifton hill. The hallways were a little worn. The breakfast was crowded and ended at 9:30.

The room was newly renovated, the pool was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect! We will be back for sure! The only downside was the side of the building our room was on (which is just a preference as we like to be able to watch the fireworks from our room).

Location Dirty, run down, breakfast was aweful. The egg in the “fresh” breakfast sandwich tasted like plastic. Ice machine had mold in it, the sheets were stained

Policy for this hotel is nobody checking in even 10 minutes early. There was at least 50 people men, women, and children sitting in the lobby waiting to get their rooms. Come 4 o'clock check in time then there was a long line of people and you had to wait more. Nobody was getting to their rooms at 4. Once you got your room key then there was a lineup at the elevators waiting to get up to your floor. I dont travel a whole lot but the other times I have used other hotels they are releasing rooms as they are ready and will accomodate early check in if the room is clean, this hotel will NOT. They would rather see a growing mass of people sit around for an hour in their lobby then let them go to their rooms and get comfortable.

Breakfast, not very clean
-
Disgustingly filthy, didn't seem that we were in a hotel in Canada. Uncomfortable squeaky beds and stained smelly pillows, worn out bed sheets for this overpriced hotel stay.
-
It was filthy, smelly, hallways were not vacuumed. We stayed there 3 nights, the same garbage and trash all over the hallway. We placed a complained, then the cleaning lady the next day came and cherry picked on obvious trash but didn't vacuum.
-
Location and front desk people Poor breakfast, not clean, unsafe.
-
Distance Very dirty rooms
-
Cleanly renovated The strong smell of urine upon entrance. The smell of sewage at the back entrance. Pool is very small and not sufficient for all guests
-
It was close enough to walk to where we wanted to be Not necessarily overly wheelchair accessible

All happened in one night. - Important stuff that I transported from the US to Canada was stolen, my car was in the private parking the hotel offers with Fees. - Hotel manager reaction was “oh this is very common, it is your responsibility” refusing to check camera footage. Was also rude and in polite and wanted to evict me because I was trying to make my point that they are responsible. - I did not ask them for reimbursement of the stolen items. Just wanted them to do better job to prevent this from happening to another customer. -After coming back from the water park, a security lady was waiting for me at the gate. Showing here weapon and asking me to leave the hotel before the end of my reservation. Claiming miss conduct. - She also said she will call the police. - Minutes later a security guy was hardly nocking on my room’s door asking me to check out and freaking out my kids. - Then they called the police, police officer was insisting I leave the hotel as per the owner’s request threatening me to handcuff me in-front of my kids if I did not leave. - I had to leave and wasted hours of my vacation trying to find another stay. Adding the that the wast of time and the frustration because of their service. All of this happened in less than half a day. Very unprofessional team, I had to deal with 5 employees who are backing their manager and not willing to hear my concerns. They have a gang mentality not customer service mentality, they have been blindly following their manager. no one was trying to be positive while I am the person who was suffering. I told them I think they know who stole my stuff and it must be one of them. After what happened. I have no doubt. the way they were trying yo cover it up and make it look like normal thing is concerning. If you are looking for a nice stay, definitely this is not your option.
