Receptionist was very rude and there is no elevator and we had to drag our luggage to first floor

There was no breakfast There is no elevator to go 2nd floor. It is hard to go upstairs if you travel with seniors or with luggage. There is no fridge and microwave and iron as well. Otherwise it is best to stay here due to its location.

Location was perfect Very minimal amenities. No fridge, no microwave. Only one outlet to charge phone and it was in the bathroom. The room was very outdated.

Proximity to the Falls and amenities My daughters want to use the swimming pool but it did not appear in good

It was clean I was in room 103, very dark, the lamps didn’t work, about 10:30 at night when I’m sleeping there was something banging it sounded like it was in the corner of the room, it kept it up, in the morning there was a vehicle parked outside in the grass, then was thinking it must have been them . No privacy , couldn’t open window for more light, cause there must have been people living right next us.

the place is in DESPERATE NEED FOR RENOVATION. BITTER DISSAPOINTMENT

Close to Clifton Hill Arrived late and both rooms had issues and we needed to move rooms. Asked if we could park an extra two hours the next morning due to the inconvenience of the night before and they refused. Wanted the full day amount for two hours. The night staff was very accommodating.

Staff was friendly and willing to assist. The building was in need of upgrade, everything was old and not enough outlets. Also the wifi was terrible.
