Location is brilliant Staff was absolutely awful. Had to pay a security deposit of $100 which I was told would be given back to me the next day. On checkout I was informed that they couldn’t give me back the deposit until the next week. I was then only given $50 dollars back. The two receptionists were extremely rude and didn’t care that they had misinformed me. Two other guests also had been told they would return the security deposit the next day. Shocking behaviour and a scam!

Environment needs upgrading.Not suitable for elderly as no lifts.Should be more considerate to elders and giving rooms on ground floor.Need bins for cigarette ends as thrown on ground is unsightly. Keys should be swipe cards as keys can get lost and can be bulky.Not happy for being charged 50 dollars for lost key.

Check-in was a mess, after so much discussion i was given a key of a room and after reaching, i realized the room wasn't ready and the room service lady asked me to wait for 15mins, later i asked her to call the desk and get me another room. While checking out i mentioned to the receptionist lady and she said it happens during busy times like it was a guest's problem to check in during busy times.. Also they started charging car parking for guests plus it was more expensive than the other public parking across the street which is not fair for customers. I will not come back next time.

Cleanliness and location, The washroom was quite small and didn't have hot water . Me and my children had to take bath with cold water. Moreover there was no bucket or cup in the washroom. TV was very old and remote was not working .Moreover parking was not included in the room rent which sounds weird.
