Pool, location. Friendly and helpful front desk staff and helpful restaurant staff. Chairs were worn and needed replacement. Maid accidentally threw away my shoe insert. Some of the fixtures and decor were dated and in need of updating and replacement, which didn't match up to the price we paid.

We liked the Falls but the hotel isnt worth the price to stay we have stayed in alot of hotels and this is the worst one The food isn't good we had to go to St Catherine ontario to get a decent meal

Breakfast buffet had a very limited selection. Staff very busy but friendly Bathroom needs upgrading. No bottle water in the room.

Location is close to the Falls Hotel room was dusty. Dresser drawer was broken and toilet seat was broken.

It very convenient and close to the tourist spots We’ve stayed at quite a few hotels, but this was my first experience at a facility that didn’t have a trolley available for guests. When I asked the staff if we could use one, I was told that they might still be using it and that I should check the other floors myself. I understand that the trolley may have been in use, but I was disappointed that there wasn’t a more helpful alternative or assistance from the staff. Hopefully, the hotel can improve this service for future guests.

Location is good and free parking, facility was clean. Housekeeping staff were very nice. I had asked for a possible early check in. This venue does not allow anyone to check in early and that should have been communicated to us when we booked not told that they would try to accommodate when they don’t. The furniture is VERY worn out and needs to be replaced. The King Bed was hard and not comfortable.

The location was perfect for a short walk to the falls and close to other amenities as well. I also liked that we could park for free, even before check in time. Nothing, we were very satisfied.

The location is great. Close to lots of attractions. Free parking on site. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Hallways are a bit dark but it is just the older decor.
