The view was very good! There was only one elevator to floors 10-18. Very inconvenient.

They over charged my debit card when they had already taken the money out when I checked in on the very first day.

In my entire 40 years of traveling, THIS stay was by far THE most wonderful! I wanted to surprise my 86 year old mother, as Niagara was on her bucket list. I called and mentioned this after securing my booking. Upon our arrival, we were offered an upgrade...TO THE PENTHOUSE where we watched the beautiful fireworks display. The room and view of both falls were phenomenal! Every single staff member from the valets to the front desk was kind and efficient, including reservations. They managed to make a dream come true, and I can NOT say enough about the high level of guest service! THANK YOU!

The view The rooms’s air conditioner was not working. The room was hot. Reported it to the front desk, they sent someone to fix it but it never worked. At around 11 -12 am when I asked for a solution because I need it to sleep; only then I was given the option to move to another room. This was not a pleasant experience.

The location The fact we got offered an upgrade to the presidential suite and then paid an extra £200 for us to get to the room and have bare minimum. Paper cups and only 2 at that. Very basic room. For how much we paid it was so undervalue and not worth the money at all. We won’t be staying here again!! Still waiting for our deposit to be put back in the bank.

Beautiful view from our room and the valet employees were so kind and nice. Rooms were clean and well kept The elevator wait was extremely long and paying for parking was in my opinion pointless as it should have been included

I love the view and the location of the hotel. There was one big problem. There were an fake eyelashes on nightstand next to our bed.
