Niagara Grandview Boutique hotel

The property itself is simply beautiful. It has a rustic inn charm which is lovely. The staff went above and beyond for us and the breakfast is 10/10

The shower in the room was super nice with mutiple options of shower heads and great water pressure. The included breakfast was a very nice sit down option.

Location and overall

The location to the falls are about 15 minutes walk. About 25 minutes drive to Niagra on the lakes. Didn't like that there wasn't anywhere to hang our clothes, no wardrobe. For 3 adults, so had to leave everything in our suitcases.

Lovely quiet spot above Niagara Falls. Lovely touches to rooms as well as access to water, coffees and teas which was ideal. Great breakfast- thanks for the stay.

Beautiful old style luxurious B & B. Big rooms. Handy location. Close enough to walk in town (down hill). Nearest Wego stop is Bird Kingdom. Unbelievable breakfast options.Large bathrooms. Late checkout with luggage storage. Too dark in rooms. Needed more lighting. We found hairs in showers and under bed was a clothing item from a previous guest. Very slow lift. Needs a decent coffee.

Our room was very spacious with unique furniture, a balcony, and even real plants. The breakfast was fantastic, and having fruit and tea available all day was a very nice treat. Nothing!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Niagara Grandview Boutique Hotel. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable, which made the stay very pleasant. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained, and we particularly appreciated the modern and very quiet air conditioning — a big plus for a good night’s sleep. Another great advantage is the free parking, which is very convenient when visiting Niagara Falls. The fact that breakfast is included is also a nice benefit. Overall, the hotel has a quiet and charming atmosphere and feels much more personal than a large chain hotel. The main disadvantage is the location in relation to public transportation and Niagara Falls. The bus stop is about 10 minutes away on foot if you walk quickly, which can be a little inconvenient, especially after a long day of sightseeing. It is possible to walk to Niagara Falls, but it is quite a long walk, so we preferred taking the bus. The breakfast could also be a little more extensive. You have to place your order for eggs or pancakes the day before, and apart from that there is a selection of fruit, cereal and pastries. The breakfast is perfectly adequate, but we would have appreciated a little more choice and flexibility. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the Niagara Grandview Boutique Hotel, especially for travelers who value spacious rooms, cleanliness, free parking and a quiet, modern room. Just keep in mind that you will probably want to use the bus or a car (parking could be expensive at Niagara) to get to Niagara Falls.

It was a small friendly hotel, a 5 - 10 minute walk from all the noise and bustle of the falls. The room was spacious with a sizable bathroom. We had access to the patio/garden area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing to note

The bed was super comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious, service was great and the dining area was bright and enjoyable. Great view. Convenient power outlets in the room. The bathroom and shower were wonderful. Blackout curtains. Elegant charm. Plenty of free parking. Staff was very helpful and was able to recommend a few different levels of restaurants nearby. Outdoor patio was unkempt and weedy and not useable.
