The jacuzzi doesn't work, the floor is broken and dangerous, and the photo shows a large refrigerator but I only received a small one.

Nothing went well enough to like, except for some really nice longer term residents, down on their luck. They are the honest, salt of the earth people. I watched the owner evict some of these tenants, knowing they would be sleeping on the streets. I took one such evictee into my care, since I had ample space and a spare bed all paid for. For being charitable, the owner has now barred me from stepping foot on the property every again. I helped another resident out while I was there - she was short on rent, so I laid down $200 to keep a roof over her head for a few more days. I didn't expect it back. But what I REALLY DIDN'T expect to happen was the owner denied ever receiving it, despite my credit card statement proving it. Also, I didn't make one continuous booking, but a very small number of bookings a few days each. The owner kept my deposit every single time. Dirty rooms. Bedbugs. The entire facility is purposefully run down. Owner is not a nice man at all. First night, and every night therafter, my dog and I suffered horrendous hives. My dog's hives were so bad he lost large loonie-sized chunks of fur (winter coat shed now - he's OK). I suffered burns to my skin from the bed linen and towels - some guests told me that the owner rinses the linen in Lysol after every launder. It poisoned me. It poisoned my liver through soaking in through my (now) discoloured skin through every contact point with the fabrics there. Avoid.

The key wouldn’t open the door when I came back from a concert battle for 10 minutes to get it open after midnight, also it seems to be used for long term people possibly on some kind of social assistance and no pool

Dirty, dark without enough lights fixtures

The staff were helpful. Location is close to everything. Pool was out of order. We picked non smoking rooms but one room constantly smelled like smoke. For 2 nights we suffered through second hand smoke. No privacy screen in bathroom windows, which was highly uncomfortable.

Could use Reno’s but the place very clean

Nothing. It was nothing but a headache! The room was freezing there was no heat in the room, there was no proper towels or blankets and the customer service is atrocious

Not one single thing. It was deplorable. The location was close in proximity to the Falls which was good. The cleanliness was horrific including dirty shower, cigarette burns on bed linens and bodily fluids from nose found on wall. The wi-fi did not work. The door locks did not work and the door had substantial creases as if it had been broken into before. There was also only 1 light in the entire room. The room that is advertised featured the "honeymoon suite"-which is false advertising because the regular rooms look NOTHING like that room.

The place is not as the pictures show. The room Smell cigarette, canabis, humidity. People fighting in the installations, drinking, smoking near the rooms. I I just was 2 minutes in the room after my checking. Thus is not for families, I asked for refund and still I’m waiting, not answer.

Very low price, great location. Cleanliness could be better. All surfaces were very greasy -- light switches, tables, door knobs, etc.

This is an old hotel but clean despite outside appearance. Sheets clean, towels clean, but old mattress, so good value for a cheap hotel and first floor with no stairs helps me. Plus the water was plenty hot for the practically new hot tub and had a good refrigerator. No coffee machine if that matters. Mattress and regular bathroom fixtures and outside appearance old, but for price and inside cleanliness a good value. Plus hot tub and mirrors lol

Avoid at all costs.

Great location, staff are approachable and friendly, and has all the basic necessities for a short-term stay. None.

The Cuban staff member. Helpful and súper nice Lots of noise and ugly looking inside. Needs lots of repairs and upgrades

The location was not that great, just okay. There was an issue with my shower, the receptionist was not very helpful initially but they gave me another room
-
Location was good I didn't like the fact that you have to pay for parking. When someone is driving from far and parking is required then it's not worth booking something cheaper. The parking should be included especially when there is parking lot with empty spots

Bed is in too bad condition
