The room with balcony has direct view on the river and side angle of the bridge and the falls, spacious and clean, although somewhat older furniture. Very good proximity to the city centre although still quiet.

Great location near the Rainbow Bridge and quite close to Clifton Hill. Nice river view from the room with a river view. Friendly staff. Clean spacious rooms with coffee-machine, iron, quote spacious fridge, towels and other stuff. Cosy clean beds. Ice machine on the floor. The car can stay on parking lot till 3 pm on the day of check-out One little tube of shampoo and two small pieces of soap for two people. Two dispencers with shampoo and shower gel would be much better.

I loved the location, walking distance to everything. Really clean facilities, and the staff is phenomenal! The breakfast staff is some of the best service I've seen. A little old school, but it doesn't truly bother me

I traveled with my son. We were looking for a quiet but central location with comfort and value for money being key. We were not disappointed. Incredibly quiet location despite being on the WEGO green bus route (with a stop just yards away) and 10 minutes from Clifton Hill. We had a great 2 night stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Fantastic value for money. Wouldnt hesitate recommending or staying here again. Nothing!
