Hard working staff, manager helps w everything Breakfast much more than ive ever experienced and good. I have had continental breakfast that was rolls, cereal very little to pick from. This motel has sausage biscuits and gravy. waffles, juices, coffee, tea, fresh fruit.

Clean and good location

Disgracefully maintained. Nothing works.... Workout facility is in disrepair. Breakfast is a joke. 1 hardboiled egg in the fridge and Danimal Yogurt. I've seen motels that are better appointed.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was nice and quiet and you didn't have to go far to find somewhere to eat or something to do. Lots of great thrift shops if that's your thing, all within less than 5 miles of the hotel. The breakfast was terrible. Powdered scrambled eggs, microwaved soy like sausage links, waffles, toast, or stale cereal were your options. The orange juice was watery.....we enjoyed the pooll until I started swimming laps and the giant spider and other debris got stirred up from the bottom. The edges of the pool haven't been cleaned in quite a while.....also, we continued to take the stairs to our third floor room (not a huge deal, we aren't lazy) but the elevator seemed like it was in need of servicing.

Breakfast was okay, not many options. Quick check in Rooms are gross. Hair all over the bed and shower and the carpet made the entire room smell like mildew. Very dirty and outdated
-
Our room smelt like someone had smoked pot in there. It wasn’t the nicest room but it served its purpose.
-
The location and the shuttle to from the concert!! Zach was amazing The only this was the a.c. unit was very loud when it kicked on.
-
Not far from the concert venue. It wasn't the cleanest. Not the worst place we have stay though.

n/A The rooms smelled like an old dirty mop. Other guest were complaining so we don’t believe it was just our room. The carpet was unraveling near doorways. I called to asked to change to 2 queen beds instead of a king and was told no and hung up on. I called back and was talked over and hung up on again.

Easy check in, pool, breakfast fine. Bathroom was old, needs updating desperately. rusty spots in the shower around edges just makes it seem unclean. Other than that it was actually not bad. Room was clean, bed was fine, no issues.

The room smelled really bad, like dirty rags. Everything looked clean but need to work on the smell.
-
Close too the Ruoff music center room was clean but had stained carpet not the end of the world just needs a little more attention
-
The staff was not very helpful, speaking English would help. No discounts for first responders, senior citizens. I guess my expectations were too high for this stay.

Overall a nice stay.

The entire place was dirty and smelled like smoked

We have stayed at this property twice… The staff is very friendly, the rooms are in great shape, the check in and check out process was extremely easy and it is very close to the Ruoff center. If anyone is looking to stay there and attend a concert… They also have a shuttle service provider to take you to and from the concert. I highly recommend this hotel.
