When will hotels start to realize that having a walk-in shower would be safer and more convenient to guests, and would make money in the long run from higher ratings and repeat business? Just FYI, no one needs a bathtub in a hotel anymore.

We were told we could check in at noon. We did not arrive until almost 2pm and we were told the room would not be ready for 45-60 mins. If you know a room is expecting early check in, why would that room not be made a priority? My husband works nights and we were in town for band day. He was going on zero sleep and just needed a bed to rest in for a few hours before the next performances. We ended up forgoing the room all together and driving straight through to home and missing the evening performance because he didn’t have it left in him to sit and wait for a room and he wouldn’t have much time to rest once we would have finally been able to get checked in. Very disappointing interaction.

Hot breakfast was delicious. Pool looked nice, but i didn't have a swimsuit with me. Bed was comfy, altho room small. There was a fridge and microwave.

Out toilet was broken you had to play with it so it wasn’t constantly running water. No toilets in the bathroom, no trash bags in the bins

Would not read my receipt that showed 3 rooms were booked and kept saying only one room was. He didnt read and see the other 2 names. Only looked under my name because I booked the rooms. Would not give the other 2 booked rooms the price Expedia booked them for. One door key I was told to leave at the desk and go to them when I need in because it was a special room with only one key that could not be lost. I had to ask for pillows for the bed. Clerk let me know how much trouble it was finding me pillows.

Ac did not seem to be working in the common areas. Breakfast was scarce. Front desk clerk was grumpy. We booked for a king room and she angrily told us none were available but she guessed she could put us in an king accessible suite.

Clean room, working air condition, and breakfast was delicious. My only drawback was the lighting in the bathroom was not good… Especially when applying makeup.
