The room and the hotel itself was exactly what was advertised. The staff was friendly and helpful! I would have liked a later checkout option but 11:00 is pretty standard.

The whole place was really dirty, there were stains on the walls in the bathroom and on the towels, I don’t think the towels were clean at all, the toilet in our room even broke while we were there. The whole place smelled really bad as well, just dingy and musty. For the price this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, I didn’t have high expectations and didn’t expect the ritz, but the quality of the rooms and hotel was so so bad.

No elevator, bugs all over the pool but staff was friendly and breakfast was small but effective

The room was super clean and quiet. The front desk girl was very sweet and quick. We unfortunately slept through breakfast so I can’t comment on that. My only complaint is the pillows sucked. Otherwise wonderful stay!

It's a good clean hotel that has a lot around it and is close to the Ruoff Music Center. The room was clean and staff were really nice. The only thing I would say is the parking lot is not very big but there is an area right outside the parking lot to park.

The staff was nice. It seemed they had tried to update rooms and it looked cleans but my room smelled musty.

It wasn’t fancy by any means but it worked for what we needed it for. No complaints!

In all categories better than expected. Very clean except the bathroom by pool. Breakfast better than expected. Hallways not noisy. Beds comfy. I'd stay here again.

Bed was comfortable and it was clean and in a good location There was a flashing light outside our window that two layers of curtains wouldn’t cover which made it hard to sleep. We also weren’t provided with any towels big enough to dry off with after a shower only hand towels. Also our tv just didn’t work we could only change the volume and turn it on/off, no other buttons worked
