Very nice front desk experience, and the location is relatively close to some nice eateries.

The property was in a good location and the lobby area was very beautiful We were to check in at 3 pm and arrived at that time. We were told that there were no rooms ready for us at time of check in and would have to wait (along with multiple other guests waiting in the lobby and in line to check in) for a room to be cleaned and ready for us. Around 15 guests were told there were no rooms ready. We waited in the lobby for over an hour and a half for a room to be ready for us after check in time. There was only 1 employee at the front desk and had to text on his cell phone to get any information about the guests rooms.

They over booked we couldn't stay... We booked a room with two beds..they over booked and tried to put us in a single bed room..for four people that had clothes in it and people were clearly still staying in

Unfortunately I cannot review this hotel because because they cancelled my reservation a few hours before we arrived and booked me into a different hotel a few miles away

I truly enjoyed staying here at this hotel. It was very clean and very nice. It was quiet and the staff was extremely friendly. I would recommend it to anyone.

Hotel staff was friendly upon arrival, hotel was clean, quiet and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel! The only downside was the parking lot is limited in size. We returned late and were fortunate another Marriott Hotel was on the adjoining property where we ended up parking.

Thermostat was did not include instructions and the room stayed at 78 degrees till 930pm. It may have been because of being on the top floor. It cooled down by midnight

We didn't stay We arrived at 5 pm. They hadn't contacted us to let us know that our room was not available. Flood victims still occupied the space... which they had to have known before we got there. We were redirected to a Residence Inn about 15 miles away. The Residence Inn was brand new and very impressive. We had a 3 room suite. Salt water pool. Excellent breakfast.
