Everything regarding our stay, other than the single working elevator, was fantastic.

Nice hotel. Great amenities. Breakfast is wonderful and the late night menu comes in handy. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as we hoped. Overall perfect.

The staff was kind of rude regarding a request for a late checkout. I understand they can’t accommodate this every time, but it was a poor interaction on the clerk’s behalf.

Breakfast was good No back for the remote control of the tv. The paint/ was chipped. The bedroom door was extremely hard to close all the way.

The facilities were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful! We didn’t like the sliding doors for the bathroom.

Overall clean, tile floor throughout which we like bit could mop better. Nice large rooms bathroom was weirdly large. Newer, modern furnishings, friendly staff. Didn't get a chance to try the restaurant due to limited hours, breakfast was good. Post visit we found we could get better prices going thru the local hamilton county web site.

All four USB outlets (by the beds and desk) didn’t work. I had to use one in the back of the tv in the sitting area with the tv on the entire night, to charge my phone.

Everything was great from the location of the hotel to the rooms. The food at the restaurant at the hotel was great even the breakfast that was free was amazing. Only downside is there was a problem with the elevators while we were there and since the hotel was packed. There would be long lines for the only running elevator, and you cannot access the stairs without a staff member letting you to the stairs area
