Breakfast selections are outstanding. It can get crowded but there are plenty of places to sit. The evening bar area is also very nice. We liked our room, plenty of space.

Room was facing AC units could not see outside. Two very bright lights pointing at our room windows. No shampoo but 2 conditioner in the shower. No alarm clock, and the elevator wasn't working at 5:20 am. My spouse whom is a heart patient had to walk the stairs to leave the building for a heart procedure. By the time he got down he couldn't hardly breathe and we ended up outside the building at the stair exit. No key card access to get inside the building. Very bad experience for an embassy suites convention center hotel. Breakfast was good.

The modern day Embassy Suites is great. Very modern feel with the famous hot breakfast they’ve always had.

Best experience with a hotel bar none.

Rooms were very very clean along with the whole hotel- staff was great -

Lighting was not working and waiting for couple of days to get repaired.

This is a nice hotel. Very clean, easy access, nice restaurant/bar area, outside seating with firepits. All areas are clean & maintained well. The staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Would stay again.

Things that didn't work...mini fridge, bedroom remote, multiple light fixtures

Location,Breakfast,beds and staff all super!

Check in was easy. Staff friendly and helpful. There was nothing I disliked.

This is a great location! We stay here often. The staff is fabulous! The food is delicious, and the rooms are clean and comfy. The only problem we’ve had is that the indoor pool was closed for the second time we’ve visited. One of the reasons we choose this location is to swim after a long car journey.

Everything about the room was clean and great. Staff were courteous and helpful. From check-in to check-out. Housekeeping request, room service, and custom order breakfast. Everything was awesome!

The breakfast was decent. The 1st room had rust in the bathroom under the sink and the hallway smelled. The second room was more clean but had an issue with the heating. My stay wasn't terrible but I did not enjoy my stay.

The room, the breakfast, the staff, everything was great. I did not check in ahead of time. And I had a long wait in a long line when I got there. There was only one Staff member at the check in desk. Sammy Hagar was playing at Ruoff, and only one guy was checking travelers in? Crazy.

The breakfast was awesome and the happy hour was nice. Close to nearby shops and restaurants, plan on staying there the next time CNN I’m in town.

The one and only downside was check-in. There was only one front desk agent on staff at check-in time of 4pm. Despite the consistent long line, before and after me, the agent was incredibly nice and considerate. Honestly, I was more concerned as to why he was the only agent on duty at such a busy time when a concert was at Ruoff? I later saw him and commended him on his work, and also mentioned him and the situation to the agent at check-out. I received emails for no contact online check-in but the site did not recognize my reservation. I am hoping this is a"one off" for this hotel, between front desk and online. Having said that, I absolutely will reserve this hotel again if I am in Indy for a time.

The breakfast was amazing. the only critique I have is that breakfast service is over at 9:30. The staff was kind enough to allow me to make up a plate for my Teen son that was still seeping, and bring it up to the room.
