Residence Inn By Marriott Indianapolis Noblesville

Our room was nice and clean, but we traveled with friends who

Very good

Great hotel! Very clean.

Hotel was very clean. This room was one of best we’ve stayed at in Noblesville. At check-in the lady checking us in had large line but she was very professional and greeted each person with a smile.

room was not ready drove 3 hours they said we could get ready in lobby but we waited for room to get done so we could get showered and read u for concert end result being late for concert said that we would get a discount but never heard back

the motel was comfortable clean staff was helpful room was not ready drove 3 hours they said we could get ready in lobby but we waited for room to get done so we could get showered and read u for concert end result being late for concert said that we would get a discount but never heard back

Loved our king suite. Perfect with a kitchenette and huge bathroom and comfortable bed and pillows. Close to our convert venue also. Would’ve liked and earlier check in.

We tried to check in at 3:35, and were told we could not until 4 pm, even though our reservation said 3:00. We left to go eat, came back at 4:30- where there was a line of probably 25 people checking in. After being in line for 45 minutes, we are all told - now another 10-15 people behind us- that rooms aren't ready due to lack of housekeepers. We did not end up getting into a room unitl 6:35 pm- causing us to miss half of the concert we were in town to see. That was on Sunday. It is Tuesday. We were told a manager would call us to discuss a discount. Still no call. Also at checkout the lady had no idea there were issues and said she needed to re-authorize our card on file in order to check us out- and the card information she had on file DID NOT match the card I paid with. I paid in full in advance before arriving at the hotel. They knew at 3:35 that they would have rooms- yet wasted hours of our time instead of just canceling us then or being honest and lettign us know of the situation. Several other groups of people were in the same boat. Several people getting ready in the lobby and restrooms. Unacceptable to say the least!!!

Exceptional

Everything was very clean and very spacious. The free breakfast was delicious. The location was great and parking was readily available. My only complaint is that I didn’t book a longer stay.

Will never stay at another Marriott property. Over an hour to check in then no room ready, had made reservations over 6 months prior. Returned later that night and the room they put us in had no working tv or internet! So it will be anywhere other than Marriott

Superb

The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and check in was quick.

Perfect space for our girls trip to see Salt-N-Peppa, TLC and Envouge. Rooms were spacious and clean. Although there were no sheets for the pull out bed and no hairdryer in the room. Staff apologized and offered to correct the issues but we didn’t tell them about it until the next day and were loninv

Brand new property everything was clean and new and beautiful! Staff were kind and the breakfast buffet was yummy!
