Nice full kitchen! Rooms are very functional. Lots of space and storage. Large, deep pull-out drawers next to the bathroom for a vanity area. Walkable. Close to restaurants and shopping. We also walked to the Ruoff stadium from the hotel. It was about a 30 minute walk. No uber, no parking!

The front desk rep was running the front desk and the bar. Patrons had to wait but not a big deal. He was quick.

Additionally, our room was not cleaned nor the bed made during our stay. Perhaps, it was not part of the process, it was just unsettling to return to the room in the same condition we had left it. The staff was very approachable and appeared to understand our concerns but nothing was done about our statements. The facility is very nice and the breakfast was good.

Patricia at the front desk is fantastic! Super helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and set up nicely so that a long stay would be comfortable, though I only stayed 2 nights.

We did not like anything about the experience. It was frustrating and we will not use Booking.com again. We booked this hotel on Booking.com. We arrived and were told that there were no rooms available and we were transferred to a Spark by Hilton 7 miles away. We were needing to be nearby the concert venue. We had no communication prior to check in that we were canceled and transferred. The whole experience was very frustrating and dissappointing.

My husband and I stayed here because we were attending a concert at Ruoff. Check in was a breeze; staff was prompt, friendly and even offered umbrellas for the walk to the concert because it was raining. The room was probably one of the best hotels rooms I’ve stayed in. It was very clean, spacious, and up to date. The bed was very comfortable and the lightng the bathroom was very nice especially when getting ready. I will definitely book here again!

Walking distance to venue lots of shopping and food near by clean room nice hotel only suggestion is to get on board with food after hours like some of the other hotels will offer limited menu selection for hungry concert goers returning to room ! Money maker !! We stopped at the hotel next door got pizza because they were closed and walked back over to ours

Great food

We had an excellent experience. Booked a room with 2 full beds and a pullout couch. Only disappointment was the pullout was not made up. Found the bedding in a closet but it was missing sheets. Front desk got it for us quickly. Would have been nice if the bed was made up since we got in late. Breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
