The hotel was so clean I thought it was new, but the clerk told me it was about 10 years old. In our room, only the shower stall showed any sign of wear, and that was minor. The bed was the most comfortable of any hotel bed I've slept in the last several years. The breakfast was typical of its ilk. There was plenty of parking. The only possible complaint was a lack of a night light in the bathroom, but I carry two in my travel bag for that reason. Both bar and liquid soaps were available in the room. The check-in clerk was quite personable. I don't often give a "5" rating, but I will here.

My wife and I waited to speak live with the manager but the desk attendant said the manager had other things to do and could not speak with us. A dissatisfied customer should always be given a chance to be heard.

The front desk staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. Rooms were clean and well laid out. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels and lots of soaps and personal hygiene products. Loved the single use coffee maker. Bed was cozy and comfy. Pull out couch was nice and we had plenty of pillows and blankets for that. Great location if you are attending a concert at the Ruoff. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Over all it was a great place to stay.
