Our visit was great. It was a little annoying when we first got there because we reserved our room through Expedia and added an extra day to our stay back in April. There was some miscommunication somewhere and they did not have us checking in until the following day, despite us making the changes through Expedia to check in a day sooner. They were able to accommodate us and we were able to check in after a while. The room was clean and spacious and there were plenty of businesses nearby to dine at or shop in. We were a big fan of the little outdoor mall down the street. It was also very easy to walk to Ruoff from there. They were extremely sweet to the dog we had brought along, she felt like royalty. We’d likely stay here again in the future, we’d just double-check that our modifications went through before getting there. 😅

This place is perfection— staff amazing, rooms and hotel so clean and quiet! Breakfast was so delicious! I will absolutely stay here again and again!

Hamilton Town Center is a great place with plenty of restaurants and boutique shops. Safe and quiet. I believe it’s also pet-friendly, so you have your pets traveling with you, this is a good choice. Good-sized kitchenette if you want to warm up your own meals. Overall I would recommend this place to families and folks traveling on business.

Rooms were clean and extremely comfortable. Hotel itself was clean. The indoor pool was VERY cold. We couldn't enjoy it (and it was almost 90F outside). The breakfast was good but they ran out of waffle mix the first morning and we had to wait in forks the second morning. Both mornings were really low in milk. We were there at 9am so it wasn't close to being over yet.

It was a beautiful, clean room. The only drawback is the cold eggs and cheep meat they put out for breakfast. NOT GOOD AT ALL
