New Victorian Inn Norfolk

The King size bed with sleeper sofa was a well maintained, clean space. The staff were friendly and answered any questions we had. That evening, the nutrition plant they are located next to had a strange smell in the air carried by the wind, but this was not the fault of the hotel. Overall a good experience.

My husband and I stay at The New Victorian Inn every time we visit Norfolk Nebraska. We love the staff and the rooms are always clean with comfortable beds and great amenities. The staff have learned to know us by name and greet us each time we come and talk to us throughout our stay making sure that we have everything we need as well as giving recommendations to local places. They have become familiar with our family and remember to ask about them by name and we have come to know theirs as well. We will never stay anywhere other than The New Victorian Inn when we come to the area.

The bedding is great and the price was right. I don’t like the hotel blocking TV channels, and the noise from other guest slamming their doors at night kept waking me up, you can hear it from the entire floor.

Stayed in a triple queen room. It was great for a family. Beds were decently comfortable

The bed pillows really need to be upgraded. They're flat and hard. The facility is very clean and the breakfast was plentiful. I liked that the ice machine was so close to the dining area and there is easy access to drinking water to fill water jugs.

Hit the right price point for my budget, liked that there was zero carpet and overall cleanliness made for ease of settling in to rest. Probably just the room I was in, I didn’t care for the bathroom set up- sink at front entry to room, with shower/bath & toilet separate and around the corner from sink.

It was a great place to stay overnight. Clean and a very good breakfast (real eggs). Will stay again.

Perfect stay with friendly staff and clean facilities. Even has a pool! Can hear people walking above us but it was in the morning so we were needing to leave anyway

I have stayed at this property before, but this time was pleasantly surprised that they have added a warm breakfast! Some type of egg ( scrambled one day and little omelettes another) with sausage is a very welcome addition! Also, there are waffle and pancake makers available. Other items would be biscuits and gravy, fruit, cereals, granola bars and yougurt. Something for everyone. And is available at 5 a.m. which is perfect for those that head out early. Staff was friendly. I usually don't have room cleaned or restocked for a short stay but was asked by cleaning staff each day if I needed anything. Great value for the money and will stay again when in the area for business.
