The breakfast was full of variety of options, hot and cold. It was higher quality than most hotels I’ve been to. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the privacy of the suite room separate from the living area with a door. Another great feature was the soundproofing of the rooms.

I went to the front desk ans I thought it was a mistake and instead of an explanation, I was just told with attitude that they didn’t have any king rooms left and that I shouldn’t have booked through the app. It was the worst customer service interaction I have had at a hotel. Just be aware that this can happen if booking through Hotels.com.
